Welcome to "Heavenly Horizons," a spacious and family-friendly condo retreat on Padre Island. This beautifully designed property offers a unique layout across three stories, perfect for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience.

The open living area on the second floor features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing family meals, and a cozy dining space that encourages gatherings. Rest comfortably in well-appointed bedrooms spread across the first and third floors, providing privacy and relaxation.

Entertainment options abound with flat-screen TVs, a foosball table, and high-speed WiFi. Step outside to take a refreshing dip in the community swimming pool. With convenient garage access and additional street parking, this charming condo makes an excellent base for your beachside adventure.

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO RESTRICTIONS.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Our family of 6 stayed here at this condo. It is a large condo with lots of bathrooms AND lots of stairs. If you have anyone with bad knees or older, probably not the best. The unit was clean and Padre Escapes communicated well with me. Some things one should be aware of:1. You can walk to the beach, but it is a longer walk than you think. We rented a golf cart.2. Lots and lots of stairs3. No where for a dog to go out without getting stickers in their paws.4. The HOA is a little ridiculous when it comes to cars per unit. You cannot park any vehicles (not even a golf cart) in front of the unit. We had 3 vehicles because our family was coming from different areas of Texas, and 2 vehicles fit very tightly in the garage and we had to park the other truck in the street and the golf cart elsewhere. There are four reserved spaces up in front of the complex, but during the busy season, good luck in getting those.5. The unit is not stocked with any kitchen supplies (not even salt/pepper or Saran Wrap etc). You have to bring everything. It is a nice location, just some little nuances about it to take into consideration when renting this unit.

Spacious Condo

The condo was very spacious and a great place for family dinners and to gather. Parking can be an issue but not terrible and other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo and our stay.

Great House

Near where we wanted to be. House was clean and exactly what we needed. We were there for a work trip and needed a clean place to stay and comfortable beds. This provided all of that.

Great weekend and great accommodations

Our overall stay at this location was near perfect. I won’t say excellent because there were a few issues, but nothing that would make my rating so low that I would never stay again. First, the positives: The home is beautiful! Plenty of room! Excellent AC and accommodations. The only thing on this end is to please be aware that if renters are older, there are a lot of stairs to the bedrooms and living spaces. Get your steps in before you go! As for the negatives, Televisions do not have regular TV or local channels. They are app-based, and if you plan on staying longer than a weekend, this might be an issue. Some outlets do not work in the kitchen area. Panty space is non-existent. I’d recommend the owners condense some of their dishes so that renters can use cabinets to store food items. The icemaker did not work. Although a pet-friendly home, there is not a lot of grassy area around the building to take your dogs and lots of sticker burrs. Again, these were minor inconveniences and not enough to say I will never stay in this place again. When called, the management showed up quickly, and the stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Thank you to everyone from Padre Escapes that made this trip memorable and fun!

Padre town home

Really great layout for our group. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. Large kitchen was great!! Proximity to the beach was perfect with awesome views!! The first floor was too hot and hard to keep cool. Just to keep the downstairs cool enough the upstairs was really cold but still muggy. The garage door was broken electronically and had to be manually operated.

July 4th week

House did exactly what we needed it to. Location is great. Property management (HOA) wants you to park in the garage or out on the main street. Unless you drive two small cars, this is not possible. We backed our truck beds into the garage and decided that was our best effort. Downstairs dryer doesn't work as the plug does not match the outlet.

Very close to White Cap Beach

The property is very close to White Cap Beach so it allowed us to spend extended hours on the beach. Another plus is that we were allowed to use the garage which allowed for 3 cars/trucks to park. Very clean, however, I recommend that the property have a large coffee pot (12 cups) and an electric skillet to be used for large groups of patrons.

Beach Stay

Great size town home with lots of places to sleep if you have a large group. Excellent location...just a short walk to the beach or 2 minute drive. Only minor gripe is that there was no local tv channels just streaming and the bunk bed seemed a little wobbly. Overall it was an excellent place to stay and would recommend to others.
