Vieni a goderti il paradiso di JoJo nella nostra casa lontano da casa, nella splendida Port Aransas, in Texas. Questo adorabile appartamento in affitto si trova sulla famosa Station Street ed è vicino a tutti i locali notturni e ai ristoranti che Port Aransas ha da offrire. Solo un golf cart porta in spiaggia o una passeggiata alla piscina privata completerà la tua esperienza "isola".

Questa casa con 4 camere da letto e 3 bagni è perfetta per la tua vacanza in famiglia in spiaggia! Si tratta di un unico livello, trampoliere con un concetto aperto perfetto per la raccolta con la famiglia e gli amici. Una volta che camminerai attraverso la porta d'ingresso ti sentirai come se fossi in vacanza con l'arredamento beachy e molta luce naturale. Nella camera familiare abbiamo una TV a schermo piatto da 58 ", due divani e due sedie da seduto per un'atmosfera rilassante. L'ampia zona cucina ha un tavolo che ospita 8 posti a sedere più 4 sgabelli all'isola. Abbiamo tutto l'essenziale se si sceglie di rimanere e cucinare ciò che si cattura, tra cui un set completo di cottura, utensili, forno a microonde, caffettiera, tostapane, frullatore.

Le camere da letto comprendono una camera da letto principale con bagno privato, doppio lavandino e letto king-size, una seconda camera da letto principale con bagno privato e letto matrimoniale, una terza camera con un letto matrimoniale e due letti a castello e una quarta camera da letto con due letti letti a castello C'è un terzo bagno completo e lavanderia separata con lavatrice full size e asciugatrice per il bucato.

Jo-Jo's Heaven è vicino a ristoranti, negozi e alla vita notturna di Port Aransas. Se venite a godervi la pesca di livello mondiale del Porto A, siamo a pochi chilometri dal porto turistico. Per quelli con bambini, Roberts Park (circa 2 miglia) ha un parco giochi divertente e tutta la famiglia può fare passeggiate sull'acqua.

Accettiamo animali domestici, ma ti chiediamo di farci sapere con quanti animali viaggerai (età, razza, ecc.) E acconsentiamo al pagamento di $ 150 per animale.

Family get away

Perfect home for us with 4 under 8! We used the pool every day and evening and it’s a short drive to the beach in a golf cart. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed and very clean! Highly recommend!

This house was perfect for our family. We were all on one level and had plenty of room. The accommodations met all our needs and the hosts were quick to answer any questions we had. We’re hoping to book again next year.

Family Getaway

Location, Location, Location! the perfect spot where everything is just a golfcart ride away. From shopping to fishing, the beach and restaurants. A beautiful spacious home to enjoy a relaxing family getaway. The house has all the amenities you need, including the private pool which was such a plus for the kids.

Decent home but not likely to return

My family and I travel to Port Aransas at least once per year, typically in the summer. We've stayed at many homes throughout Port Aransas throughout the years. I have typically stayed within 1-2 streets over from the beach shoreline. This street is about 4 streets away from the beach and while still easy to access the beach with golf cart or car it's too far for walking. Also the mosquitos were the biggest I've ever seen and really bad while we were there and seemingly worse by the house (and I'm from Texas). Also, when we arrived the check-in was at 4 and we got there early (2:30) so we stopped by and the housekeepers had just arrived. When we did check-in there was only a small amount left of toilet paper in each bathroom. Only 1 towel placed in each bathroom with no replacement clean towels or extra toilet paper. There were quite a few towels in the dryer still. All of our towels and bed linens smelled of smoke so we had to re-wash the towels. We did reach out to the owners about the toilet paper and they had house keeping bring over 4 new roles. The home was decent and relatively new but very bare minimum kitchen items and house keeping for our arrival was subpar. Not likely to return to this home for our next Port A trip.

Nice comfortable stay

The house itself is beautiful and the layout and bedrooms are great for large families. The AC rocked and we were very comfortable. We rented the place primarily for the pool but when we arrived it was not what we were hoping for. Pool needed maintenance, the water was murky when we arrived and there were spots of algae on the walls. The owner responded very quickly, but the actual servicing of the pool took place on our last day there, so that was a bummer. By the time we left the property the pool looked amazing. The kitchen pans and cutting boards were too used and just not clean so bring your own. The sofas need an upgrade and weren’t very inviting. I recommend you bring your own laundry detergent and trash bags. Overall, the house is great, it’s in a great location and the property owners are quick to respond to you. I would rent this house again and recommend it to my family and friends.

Great Stay in Port A

The house was a great location and just as described. It worked perfectly for a family gathering. Plenty of space inside and out to accommodate a larger group. Communication was excellent when we had trouble connecting to the WiFi. Would stay again! Thanks!!

Great for Families!

The house was clean and well laid out for our group of 8. It was great to have a pool with a grill. We had ample space in the kitchen with all the utensils we needed. Had an awesome time and would definitely book again!

Family Beach Get Away

This property was perfect for a large group. Plenty of parking for three full size trucks. The house was in excellent condition with a spacious open living room, dining room and kitchen. Wide hallways leading to the four bedrooms and the bed setups gave us lots of options for adults and children. We loved the pool and all the space under the house and the front porch. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very responsive with questions. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay here again.

Family trip

This was the second time we have stayed at JoJos. Cliff and Erica are great. We did have a issue with the pool but they answered my texts and walked me through checking a few things and boom good as new. Private pool has to be one of my favorite things about this property. Very clean and lots of room. Will be back next year for our third visit. Thank you

Wonderful Place for Family Vacation

Annual Beach trip for the family, ages ranging from 2 to 65. Close to town, not too far from the beach but still on a quiet street with not too much traffic. Kitchen stocked perfectly and Pool was perfect for the kiddos. Neighbors were very friendly! Absolutely recommend if you need a family friendly location!

Paradise in Port Aransas

We recently visited the PA area and this house was absolutely perfect for us. The home is just far enough away from the downtown area that its nice and quiet -- yet close enough to get anywhere within a few minutes, whether it be the grocery store or the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. Having a private pool was amazing. Erica and Cliff were very helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend this home and we look forward to staying again in the future.

Enjoyable vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the property was mowed while we were there. My granddaughter was waiting until she was finished to go in pool. She blown the grass in pool so she could not go in. There was a storm coming in next day so she wanted to get more swimming in that day & she was unable to. Once the pump came back on next morning she was able to get in in between rains. The beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice. Overall the stay was very good.

Best Stay in Port A

JoJo’s was the perfect place for us! The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed it after a long day of fishing or being at the beach. We had one minor maintenance issue and someone was there to fix it within 30 min! House was clean and spacious, and we liked having all the rooms on the same level. Cliff and Erica were very responsive and easy to work with. Hope to be back!

CleanCleanClean! Spacious & Good Location

Our family of 8 (ages 6 - 70) had a great stay! It was clean, very clean, and it felt like home for our short stay. The pool is nice and refreshing and gets sunshine from morning til about 6p. Good location, close to restaurants, coffee shop, & convenience stores. Stripes down the street sells giant bags of ice & parking passes for the beach for $12. So we could drive or walk to the beach easily. Walking took about 10 min. The kitchen was well stocked with clean cooking utensils, plates, cups, cutting boards, etc. There’s a small supply of table salt, black pepper, cooking oils, etc., so byo if want some sea salt, cracked pepper or evoo. Nice coffee maker (very important for our group) and some filters stocked. Nice clean laundry facilities and appliances. We had to supplement a few toiletries like tp, paper towels, and trash bags, but I think that is typical for these rentals. Tech was good, not great, but you’re at the beach so there are plenty of other things to do. If you’re looking to work here remotely long term, internet was a little spotty, so have a back up plan. Best part of our stay was hanging out together on the front porch and enjoying that ocean breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Book this place !

There’s 10 girls in our group. We’ve been doing a summer trip to Port A for years. We found this place last year and stayed again this year. This will be our permanent place to stay from now on. It’s a fab house, plenty of room, kitchen is stocked with everything you need. We cook the 4 days we are there. The beds are way comfy. The private pool is FANTASTIC!!! Cliff & Erica are great at getting back to you if you have any questions. If you’re scrolling houses, just go ahead and book it now ! You will NOT be disappointed.
