Absolute Oceanfront View! Beautiful, just remodeled 1250 square foot oceanfront island condo on beautiful Port Aransas beach. Hear the rolling surf as you look at the unobstructed $1,000,000 view from your extra-large private balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom. This unit is beautifully furnished and sleeps 8 comfortably with 1 King, 2 Queens (one's a pull-out in the living room), 1 twin over full bunk bed combo. The condo has been updated in a bright, beachy style with a beautiful new kitchen and baths with granite counters, glass tile backsplash, new stainless-steel appliances, and even a REAL SURFBOARD COUNTER. Enjoy two large pools, hot tubs, a sports court, and a children's play area- additional amenities include a fish cleaning station and grills. The unit also has a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, disposal, and ice maker, instant pot, air fryer, Keurig, and regular coffee maker (and pods), pancake grill with mix and syrup, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Extra amenities include a welcome goody bag, freshly laundered (for every guest) bedspreads, and a large beach cart with beach towels.

We had a wonderful time. Balcony sunrises were just gorgeous every morning, a perfect view. Place was clean, but had a few broken tiles on the floor and ones that weren't quite attached to the floor and moved a little when you stepped on them. Bathroom entry is a little tight. Access to the beach was close, but not handicap accessible as there were stairs and, with 3 kids, you can imagine all the stuff we had to drag there and back. The owner left a wagon, beach chairs, and lots of sand toys in the condo, which was fabulous for the kids. There's also a community shared area for sand toys, boogie boards, and nets that my kids loved down by the showers at the beginning of the boardwalk to the beach. Lots of little added touches that were really nice in the condo, like lots of extra bath towels, a few pool towels for guests, personal cleaning products, a little gift bag with snacks and pancake mixes, and dishwashing and laundry detergent. The owner was very quick to try and resolve a complaint we had about the smoke alarms randomly going off in the mornings. Overall a very nice stay.

Great weekend getaway

First of all the weather was great! The condo was perfect for our family( three bedroom/two bath). The location to the beach,the pools,the walkway and condo location made the beach very accessible. Overall, our family had a great time!

Loved our condo! Enough space for all of us. The ocean view was great from our balcony and main bedroom. Waking up and seeing the ocean from the room was awesome. Only down was the ocean with jelly fish near the shore. Ate at several restaurants near by and were good.

Great beach stay for large family

Me, my wife, my parents and all 4 of my kids were able stay comfortably in this beach condo. The condo was clean and the rooms were just the right size. The view from the balcony of the ocean was incredible. Will likely try to stay here again.

Quiet with a view

Had a nice weekend in this house. Cozy and well appointed. Everything we needed was there. Our favorite feature was the big patio with its gorgeous view of the sand dunes. Was easy to forget we were in a building with other people.

Wonderful, beautiful condo. Needs an ice maker. Also let people know you have a beach cart, chairs, noodles etc. We hauled ours from home and we didn’t have to.
