    Located in beautiful Port Aransas along the Texas Gulf Coast.
    La Mirage Condominiums Condo 312 is a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas!
    This unit has a full kitchen ready to cook up your favorite seafood dishes. The dining table awaits and will comfortably seat 6.
    The living area has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom with a private ensuite master bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, which offers a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. As a bonus, there is also a twin-size trundle under the full-size bed! This wonderful condo sleeps 6 and has a washer/dryer in the unit available for guest use.
    The spacious patio provides the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach!
    What you can expect in the condo:

    Wi-Fi Cable
    Kitchen well-equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
    The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
    A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

The specific property was very nice and well furnished for a family of four adults. The kitchen was well equipped. The master bedroom curtains do not block out enough light. Some of the furniture felt a little bit wobbly. Great balcony really huge. Nice to have a boardwalk to the beach. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

This is a very comfortable, convenient condo within walking distance to the beach. The property is nice. It was pretty clean, but it is hard to completely get sand out of the unit, so the floors were a little sandy. The kitchen was really nice and the pots and pans were in good condition. Beds were all comfortable. The balcony is nice and there are even chairs you can take with you to the beach! It was nice to have a washer and dryer, but the dryer did not work very well and it took a long time to dry our clothes. We checked the filter and the vent, but we couldn’t get it to work better. Overall, we had a nice stay!

I’m giving this 4 out of 5 stars, but almost a 3. When we checked into the room, our kids bunk beds had either a urine puddle on the top bunk (or some unpleasant puddle), that my daughter sat in. Wasn’t off to a great start exactly. Place was mostly nice. Very comfy master bed, which I slept soundly on. Floor tile was cracked and I can tell will only get worse very soon, but otherwise fine. Loved the pool and rec room! On our 3rd night the kids room ceiling fan stopped working. We met John the mainatenance guy and he was awesome. Very friendly and brought us his fan for our last night. He went above and beyond for us(Thanks John!). We appreciated the laundry ammenity in the room. The most unfortunate thing was the elevator near our place wasn’t working. Going up 3 flights of stairs is tough but we didn’t mind getting our steps in. Overall, a great time and holiday weekend. We’d love to come back another time.

Condo was clean. Location was great with the boardwalk to the beach. Pools and sport courts were very nice. There is no golf cart access to the beach at this property. Would have been helpful to have this info on the listing. The unit itself, while clean, was not in great shape. The biggest issue was a terrible smell coming out of the air vents. There was a strong mildew smell that made the unit very unpleasant. When I reported the issue to the front desk they were friendly but ultimately unhelpful. They sent housekeeping but it was very clearly not a housekeeping issue. The furniture was mostly slipcovered and pretty worn out and/or cheaply made. The unit is near an elevator but it was not working and did not seem like it had been working for some time. There were other elevators out of service as well. I would recommend this property but definitely not this unit. I hope they are not all in this kind of condition.

The condo was listed as ocean view with a picture showing a clear view of the ocean. That picture needs updated as there are now new homes in Cinnamon Shores South obstructing that view. The dryer took three hours to dry a load of towels. The smoke alarm went off every time we used the oven even though nothing was burned. One kitchen cabinet was falling apart. The chairs need to be replaced in the living and dining room as they have ill fitting, inexpensive slip covers on them that slide around in the chairs. There was a closet door and a bathroom door missing and tension rods with curtains in their place. The good points were there was a nice sofa and bedroom furniture in both bedrooms. The mattresses appear to be relatively new and were comfortable. The bedding was nice. The balcony was very nice and large. The property as a whole is old but the pools and pickleball courts were is good condition. It had a very nice picnic area and a relatively new board walk to the beach. A very nice touch was beach toys and some beach chairs were available for use at the beginning of the boardwalk. It had a great location on the beach. With a little updating unit 312 would be a much nicer place to stay. I felt the price was a little high since the pictures were deceiving regarding view and overall condition of the unit.

Our stay wasnt horrible considering all thigs. Check in was seemless. We arrived 4:30pm I had already been emailed a door code to get inside the rental before at around 4pm. No elevators working on our side of the building or luggage carriers made it very difficult. Our bracelet and parking pass were waiting on the dining table for us. The unit was as described. Clean with everything as it looks in the pictures aside from one thing. A huge house now obstructs the majority of the ocean view. I took updated pics and will post of allowed. Not the amazing views of the ocean as seen in photos unfortunately with this unit due to that huge new house next door. On our second day a huge storm rolled in an cut electricity to our unit. I had to make a fast run to the store for an ice chest and ice to save the food we ordered. I msg the mamager with an automated response only. Nothing more. We left to eat at a local restaurant and spent tiem driving around port A. Beach wasnt an option due to the heavy rain. After about 5 hours electricity turned back on. We made the best of our time with board games. Specifically connect 4 tournament. Our best day of weather was checkout day, we made the most of it with pool time and beach time after our checkout, there is a nice boardwalk to the beach. We would stay at la mirage again but definitely in a more favorable unit.

Wonderful way to celebrate!

We celebrated my husband’s 40th birthday with just our little family. Also, my 9mo old’s first time at the beach and he loved it! The condo was perfect size for our family of 5. Bedrooms/Bathrooms The master was large enough to put the baby’s pack n play and still have lots of room. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for my teens (13/17) and they had their own bathroom. The master also had a great wall of windows and access to the patio, which is HUGE! Both bathrooms were pretty spacious and well stocked with towels and toilet paper. Living/Kitchen/Laundry: While on the small side the kitchen was decently stocked. We had burgers, hot dogs, and pizza while we stayed and were able to cook with ease. The stove and microwave were nice and recently new. There is a pass thru window which made serving the family so easy! Laundry area was nice and separated with a door. Washing machine and dryer available. Complaints (more just suggestions) The bathroom shower faucets were super outdated and tremendously hard to pull to have the shower to start. The master didn’t have a plastic shower liner so the water got on the floor pretty easily thru the fabric curtain. Also, the vanities are very short (probably from 80’s so about 3ft tall). The kitchen, although very stocked was a lot of older things that were rusted and not very inviting to use. A lot of the cookie sheet pans and some of the skillets were very used and looked to be in need of new ones. Overall: We loved our stay!
