La Mirage Condo 340 Beachfront Condo Resort with Private Boardwalk to Beach

La Mirage Condominiums Condo 340 is an efficiency vacation rental in Port Aransas!

This completely renovated and beautifully decorated unit is equipped with a full kitchen open to the entire unit. The kitchen appliances include 2 different coffee makers, a blender, an ice cream maker, and a malt mixer.

In response to guest comments, a large pantry cabinet has been installed, large enough to hold 2 week's worth of groceries. The dining area comfortably seats 4, with chairs for 6 if needed.


The living area has comfortable leather furniture and include an ottoman so you can put your feet up and relax.



A 65 inch flat screen TV on a swivel wall-mount, with a full channel line-up from the local cable TV provider, and Roku for connection to all your favorite streaming services, can be comfortably viewed from any bed, the living area, or the dining area.


This spacious condo sleeps 4 very comfortably, with a king size murphy bed, a full size murphy bed, and a Queen sofa sleeper.

A washer / dryer in the unit is available for guest use, along fun extras such as beach chairs and beach/pool/sand toys.
The large patio has 2 tall glider rockers and 2 tall chairs, providing a beautiful view of the Gulf as well as the Bay. The large deck is the ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee and an evening glass of wine, as well as lunch (or every meal) at the tall table with 4 comfortable stools.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful inside and out! The owner has thought of every single solitary thing one could possibly need while staying. The Murphy beds were very comfortable and what a great way to use the small space. The furniture was brilliantly designed and laid out. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will be back!

We had a minimal "view" of the Gulf, but for the most part our view was of the other properties, the parking garage, and the field. This was my only disappointment and will definitely book an ocean view next time. The room was clean, the perfect size for 2 people, the pools were very clean and perfectly tempered, the lounge chairs were the best and most comfortable I've ever experienced! The only thing that would have made our stay better is more closet space to hang up clothes. Other than that and the "Gulf view", La Mirage 340 was a 10 out of 10!!

The condo is conveniently located right off the elevator and during our stay we felt that we had the whole complex was to ourselves. Quiet, clean, many activities were available, and close to the beach. We stayed for a weekend get-a-way and had the most relaxing time. We will stay here again!

Our small girl group (me, daughter and grandma) felt spoiled by this amazing spot! It was beautifully decorated and had everything! I mean everything! Tupperware, airfryer, baking sheets , bbq supplies, cutting boards! We didn't have to use any extras we packed (paper towels/tp) which are usually in short supply in other spots we've stayed. The boardwalk to the beach is a must when beaching with my now 6 yr old and this was amazing! The walk was short right on property and short distance to beach. No complaints at all here! Cutest Condo Ever!

My best friend is from Montréal. She flew into Texas so that we could work on branding her company. We spur of the moment booked the condo and did not even plan food. Neither of us could believe how stocked the place was! So many conveniences like the ice trays and blender! We fell in love and decided to extend our stay a couple more days. We will absolutely be back and probably sooner than later!

We loved our stay! Host thought of everything. If we forgot anything, our room probably had it. We enjoyed the games in cabinet in the evening & the beach or pool during the day. The decor to our room was so beautiful and the beds surprisingly comfortable. The view from balcony was perfect. We will definitely be back again.

Wonderful stay

The condo has everything you could possibly want or need, especially if you are planning on cooking. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, kitchen gadgets and appliances. Nice and comfortable place to stay and walking distance to the beach. Great pools (one is heated). Beautiful coastal decor!

Great and cozy spot by the beach

Our stay in 340 was fantastic! We loved the location, beach access, and pool access. The room was clean and had everything we needed to whip up our meals, stay entertained, and visit the water. Our only issue was of ants making their way into our beds. We notified the office but I didn't see any evidence of anyone coming to spray. We'd certainly stay in 340 again, but I'll have to bring some ant spray to protect us from them entering through the sliding doors and kitchen area.
