  • Siamo lieti di annunciare che la piscina Village Walk Phase 1 è ora riscaldata!
    Vieni a giocare al nostro nuovo marchio della casa di spiaggia Bound Beach! Nel momento in cui si cammina in questa casa vi sentirete come se fossi in vacanza. Colori vivaci e divertenti e molta luce naturale, vi darà il benvenuto. Il piano terra è stato progettato per offrire grandi spazi per godere il vostro tempo. La cucina / soggiorno e sala da pranzo è il luogo di ritrovo ideale per la cena famiglia e anche la notte film con una TV a schermo piatto. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 12 persone per ospitare famiglie numerose con posti a sedere supplementari sull'isola. C'è una master suite al piano terra con un letto matrimoniale. Al piano superiore, troverete una seconda suite principale con un letto matrimoniale. Ci sono altre 2 camere da letto con letti king size, pure. È giusto! Questa casa offre 4 camere da letto king. Ci sono 2 letti full size con angolo cottura. Appena fuori da quella stanza, troverai la camera doppia con letti singoli a castello.     Prima di recarsi a Port Aransas / Village Walk si prega di pianificare il numero corretto di veicoli che si guida in conformità con le seguenti regole:

    1) Beach Bound VW95 offre 3 posti auto pavimentati, 2 nel vialetto e uno nel garage, per 3 veicoli di medie dimensioni. Se noleggi una golf cart c'è un posto dove parcheggiarla.
     
    2) I tag del parcheggio saranno forniti da Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals. Tutti i tag devono essere restituiti a Port Aransas Escapes al momento del pagamento. $ 25. 00 costo di sostituzione per ogni tag perso
     
    3) Tutti i veicoli devono essere parcheggiati nel vialetto di VW 1. Nessun parcheggio in strada, nessun parcheggio in zone rosse e nessun parcheggio in altri vialetti
     
    4) Niente barche, roulotte, autobus, camper autorizzati in Village Walk
     
    5) Il traino sarà rigorosamente applicato
     
    Beach Bound VW95 offre un ampio parcheggio per 12 ospiti, pianificando correttamente il numero corretto di veicoli prima della partenza migliorerà la vostra esperienza di vacanza.

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at many beach homes in port aransas for over 10 + years and by far this is the best one!! The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of beds for my guests and a convenient location! Would 100% stay here again!!

Great Place

This home was roomy and accommodating for our group of 11 adults and 2 kids. The home is beautiful and the open concept downstairs was great for hanging out with everyone. I would say the only drawbacks were the property doesn't have beach access (although it is only a short drive) and there was very little cleaning supplies/necessary kitchen items available.

Nice Beach House - Centrally Located

The beach house was clean and had lots of room. It is centrally located - close to the beach, groceries, and dining. The check in process was easy. The living room and kitchen are downstairs along with one bedroom. Upstairs there are 3 additional rooms with king size beds, 1 small room with a bunk, and a living area with 2 twin beds and a kitchenette. The parking is tight but having a garage helped with that. Overall a night house. We would stay here again.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

Communication ahead of time was appreciated. Property was as described. Party of 12 with plenty of room very spacious. There were private bathrooms in most of the bedrooms. Garage door openers need to be fixed. One would not close so we just left it open. Location was pretty central and golf cart distance. Did have to leave neighborhood to go to nearest beach road entrance. Overall very satisfied.

We had a total of 4 kids and a teenager and everyone loved their sleeping arrangements plus room to play. Easy to retreat to your own bedroom with private bathroom to relax and truly rest between beach and other activities. Such a great layout downstairs to enjoy the whole fam!!
