Goditi 2 piscine comunitarie e una carrozza totalmente separata con il suo letto, bagno, cucina e spazi abitativi. A due minuti dalle spiagge e vicino a pesca, alimentazione, shopping e molto altro!

    DENTRO ALLA CASA

    La casa principale presenta uno spazio di vita pieno di luce e degno di spiaggia con pavimenti in cemento macchiato, mobili in peluche, pareti bianche e soffitti in legno naturale per una calma immediata. Apri le finestre e lascia entrare l'aria del mare. Il Golfo è a solo un isolato di distanza e, sebbene non ci sia accesso diretto al lungomare, sfortunatamente, è facile arrivarci: sali in macchina e guida in 2 minuti veloci verso le spiagge.

    Tre camere da letto nella casa principale includono 2 camere da letto king-size (di cui una master suite con bagno completo con cabina doccia) e una camera a castello per i bambini con 2 letti matrimoniali.

    La 4a camera da letto, nella cabina di trasporto separata, vanta anche un letto king-size, oltre alla zona giorno separata, bagno con vasca / doccia, cucina e sala da pranzo. Dai questo spazio ambito ai nonni o prendilo per te stesso per sfuggire al gruppo selvaggio che hai portato con te!

    Quando è ora di cena, scegli tra i posti dove mangiare: c'è un tavolo per 8 persone tra la cucina aperta e il soggiorno, e un tavolo da picnic e un sacco di sedie fuori nel patio allegro. Cucinare per tutti non è mai più facile, grazie a una cucina completamente attrezzata con un sacco di gomiti e una griglia a carbone per barbecue all'esterno!

    LA POSIZIONE

    Village Walk è una gated community situata in posizione ideale a soli 5 minuti da moli di pesca, deliziosi ristoranti, golf, shopping e altro, per non parlare di 2 minuti dalla spiaggia. La nostra unità, n. 8, ha un'ottima posizione all'interno di Village Walk, una breve passeggiata sul marciapiede da una delle 2 splendide piscine.

    Sono previsti pass per il parcheggio per 3 veicoli. I veicoli devono essere parcheggiati a casa, due posti auto nel vialetto e uno disponibile nel garage. Se prevedi di noleggiare un carrello da golf durante il tuo soggiorno, questo verrà considerato come uno dei tuoi tre veicoli. Forniremo tre pass per il parcheggio. I Parking Pass devono essere visibili e all'interno del veicolo per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ulteriori veicoli o veicoli parcheggiati per le strade sono soggetti a rimorchio. Recharge time

We enjoyed this large house for our small group of humans and pups. Plenty of place to spread out, pool closeby and beds were comfortable.

We had a great time at this property. The upstairs room with extra mini kitchen and living space was awesome. It’s close to the community pool and the beach.

Thanksgiving

We celebrated Thanksgiving at Port Anaras. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. We didn’t use the pool but it was available and clean. The house its self was very clean and well equipped. Everything we needed was right there.

Beautiful property

Our stay was wonderful and priceless memories were made. We did have a few issues with the amenities (washer was broken and smelled awful, refrigerator does not cool, no blankets for pull out sleepers.) Those things were very important to us but we did not let it ruin our stay. I hope they do better and fix those issues for the next guests.

Fantastic property

We visited over the Sandfest weekend. The property was clean and as described. The carriage house was lovely - it’s like a separate (but adjoining) 1 bedroom with a sitting area, balcony, bathroom and kitchenette. It was perfect for our group of 6. Three parking passes were more than sufficient. Check in and checkout process was easy. I left my laptop behind and did not realize it until the next morning. A call to the property managers and 30 minutes later they called me back to ask me where to shop it to!! Fabulous service.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home worked for me and my family. There were enough bedrooms for everybody and I like the amount of bathrooms. There were a few problems, but none that interfered with my vacation. The ice in the upstairs refrigerator was 4 inches thick. A coffee table was broken. A chair was broken outside and an inside chair by the island was not screwed in well enough. The house overall was clean. I loved the amount of bathrooms.

The management company was quick to respond and sent someone out right away when our sinks weren’t draining. There were a few things that were broken like the patio chair, the barstool and the living room table. There was also a bird nest right outside the front door which caused bird poop to be everywhere and if you walked out the wrong way you would get pooped on too. Those were the only negative things, otherwise the house was beautiful and functional for our extended family vacation.

We had a lot of fun. Location is great. We had an issue with our A/C unit and they sent someone over right away, which was nice. Would rent again!

Perfect house for a family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: "Popsicles and Flip Flops" was perfect for our extended family vacation! We had 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 11-16). The house was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone! It is in a gated subdivision which has "quiet hours" between 10pm - 8am, which I definitely appreciated! The kids loved the community pool which was just a few houses down from the house. The kitchen was big and fully stocked, which was great as we were able to cook most of our meals there! Good sized dining table and bar stools, so there was plenty of seating. The covered patio and chairs were lovely too. It rained a couple days and it was nice to sit outside and read on the patio. We also used the bbq grill to cook burgers. The beach is just a short drive. The house had everything! There was even a washer/dryer so we could do laundry (a must with the many beach trips and the rain). We were all very pleased with the house's size, cleanliness, comfort and location! The grounds of the community are nicely landscaped and well kept. I would highly recommend this house. The only downside was the WiFi at the house did not work at all and regular cell service was very spotty at the house. It wasn't too big of a deal, but there were times we needed it and had to leave the house to get service. Also, the couches in the carriage house make into beds but they were broken and uncomfortable. Two of our kids were originally going to stay there, but after the first night they moved to the couch/beds in the upstairs bedroom and much preferred that location for their stay!

A bit to small

Since this was a family event, we were hoping the general living area would be more accommodating to gather and relax. Not a lot of room for that. Also pool area could have used a few shade options.

Bigger Than we Expected

The house was wonderful. It was a lot larger than we expected, and the grill was a nice touch. They had all the plates and dishes we needed. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready, and when we went out, the wonderful island taxi knew exactly where to go. Would 100 percent rent again.

Port A Get Away

Great house for friends/family to share. Cute neighborhood, but limited parking if you have more than 3 vehicles.
