    Questo carino 2 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio 6 posti letto. (BR1-Queen, BR2-Queen); Divano letto; Situato in posizione strategica vicino alla città e è 1/2 miglio dalla spiaggia. Questo condominio è economicamente conveniente con open space e un ampio patio che si affaccia sulla piscina in comune. Il garage è abbastanza grande per la vostra barca e dispone di un parcheggio per 2 auto. Può essere affittato con 221B Las Palmas per un gruppo più grande. (Si accettano animali di piccola taglia) Nessun parcheggio sulla strada.

    Condominio Las Palmas è di 2 piani con il garage al piano terra e tutti i sopra vivere al piano di sopra. L'open space ha molti posti a sedere nel soggiorno con TV, cavo e Wifi. Il tavolo da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 4 e 2 sgabelli da bar al bar adiacente. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari per soddisfare le vostre esigenze di cucina. L'armadio della lavanderia è nascosto nella hall con una lavatrice e asciugatrice e scaffali per i vostri detergenti. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di letti queen size, cassapanca e armadio per la vostra spiaggia e abbigliamento da pesca, TV e bagno privato con vasca / doccia. Godetevi la vista della piscina in comune sul balcone posteriore che dispone di posti a sedere all'aperto. C'è anche un picnic sul livello inferiore coperto sotto.

We enjoyed the large garage to park the truck in and the swimming pool is easily accessible with a cover for some shade. The property was nice and spacious for us and our kids!

Great!

We overall enjoyed the condo! It was perfect for a weekend getaway with our kids. I love that it had a pool you could see from the balcony.

Great beach house in a great location. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the garage and pool. Definitely will stay here again.

Great Experience

We loved our stay at this property. Checkin was super easy and the unit was clean and spacious. It’s just a few blocks from the beach, so easy to go back and forth during the day. While we didn’t end up using the pool, it was easily accessible and great to have that option. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous summer getaway!

Great little townhome/condo. Functional kitchen and 2 great full bathrooms. Thank you for allowing our small dogs. We would absolutely stay again.

The location in central Port Aransas is convenient for groceries, shopping, and food; I walked most places. The beach is several blocks away — too far to walk, but with a permit available for purchase at the grocery store right by the condo, you can park right on the beach.

Great Stay!

Everything was perfect! Location, spacious, scenery, pool, privacy, security, I have no bad comments. The only problem was that the door handle fell off as soon as I showed up, I put in a maintenance request and the maintenance guy never showed up and I was there for two days. Besides that, would definitely consider staying here again!

We enjoyed the pool and the part that we really enjoyed was the garage! We were able to park our golf cart in there, leave our beach chairs and ice chests in there. This was super convenient!

It is a couple minute walk from the only grocery store in the area. Back yard scenery is nice. The inside was fairly basic but was plenty for the 5 of us.

Great Place To Stay While In Port A!

Didn't get to use the pool, but it looked nice. The proximity of the property was close to the beach, shopping, and several restaurants. I definitely recommend this as your choice of stay while visiting Port A. I know we will during future visits!

Had a great time at Las Palmas 221a- July 2016

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Port A and the Las Palmas was conveniently located near stores and shops of all kinds. The condo was well suited for our trip and party of 3 adults, 1 child and 2 small fur babies. We booked 221b that had the king in master and 2 twins in second room which would have suited us better but we were asked to switch to the other side ,221a, which had a queen bed in each room. Our 7 year old was fine on the fold out couch bed. I, myself, would have really preferred the king. The beds were comfortable and the linens were sufficient for us. Would have liked a television in the second bedroom but not a deal breaker. Having a washer/dryer was nice so we could have clean towels for the beach and pool. The pool area was nice. All appliances were in working order so no problems there. We stayed 4 nights and were able to enjoy a lot that the area has to offer, fishing, beach, aquarium and of course the delicious food. We will be back and we WILL consider staying at the Las Palmas in the future. The management was very helpful and kind.

They were a couple of things that could be improved, one is the wi-fi, it did not work well at all, and we you have kids that is a necessity. Second the outlet plugs were very loose and did not hold the plugs very well. But it was a super nice place to stay with a great pool and wonderful view.
