The Lighthouse beckons! This incredible, four-story beach home at Cinnamon Shore South promises Gulf views and coastal luxury, with six bedrooms, plus an additional bunk loft, and designer interiors. Extras include an elevator, gathering spaces on every floor, and a mere steps away from the nearby beach crossover. Less than a one minute walk from South resort pools and cafe overlooking the massive lake, this home has it all!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: This coastal showplace was designed so that every floor features a special living area, perfect for family time or entertaining. Plus, the outdoor porches and decks provide lots of breezy outdoor space. The largest living area is located on the third floor, where soaring ceilings provide a grand, spacious feel. The charming kitchen breakfast nook, kitchen island and dining table can accommodate up to 20 people for memorable events during your stay, and two dishwashers make it easy to host a crowd. Details like the built-in banquet in the breakfast nook and row of windows showcasing Gulf views make this custom home feel truly special. A wonderful balcony offers water views, along with outdoor dining and a gas grill. There’s also a powder room on this level. On the second floor, a TV/game room offers downtime fun, from shuffleboard to a game/card table. A wet bar with a Keurig coffee maker and a wine fridge help you host family and other get-togethers with ease. SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first level, a darling, whale-themed bunk room offers a set of twin-size bunk beds and a single twin bed and a shared bath with distressed wood detailing. A king guest room with handsome, brass bed connects to a bathroom that also opens to the common area. A queen-size sleeper sofa in this first-floor den accommodates extra guests. Second-floor bedrooms include two king suites, one with a Juliet balcony with panoramic views of the community. Both suites have lovely baths, each with walk-in showers and double vanities. A bunk room on this level offers a twin-over-full bunk set and a twin-over-queen. A full bath opens to the bunk room and to the common living area. A third-floor primary suite offers luxury and a full private bath with walk-in shower and double vanity, plus a large closet. From the fourth-floor loft bunk room, enjoy great water view! Kids can choose their spot among two sets of twin bunk beds and a single twin in a room that sleeps five.

Great stay, even better staff

The house is everything you need for a larger group. More importantly, the staff and service was top notch. We had a few hiccups during check-in, but they were able to send folks out to fix the issues immediately. Communication was very professional and incredibly easy, all handled over text message. Highly recommend
