Questa casa sulla spiaggia in stile cottage dispone di una camera da letto principale (BR1) che dispone di un letto king size con bagno privato. Bagno padronale ha doppio lavabo e una doccia stand alone. Le due camere per gli ospiti (BR2) e (BR3) hanno letti queen size e condividono un bagno con vasca / doccia. L'ampia cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa una barra bagnata sul lato. La cucina include anche posti a sedere in più bar. La cucina si apre sulla sala da pranzo con 5 posti a sedere e un'ampia zona giorno con un comodo divano, TV a schermo piatto e tanto spazio per intrattenersi. TV via cavo e accesso WiFi disponibile. Un'unità di lavaggio / asciugabiancheria impilabile è riposta ordinatamente nell'armadio di una sala per l'uso. Un ponte esterno avvolge la parte anteriore e laterale della casa. Entra nel cortile e goditi un'oasi costiera con la tua vasca idromassaggio privata, il bar Tiki e il Rooftop Deck. La Mustang Royale ha una piscina comunitaria e puoi camminare fino alla spiaggia o guidare il tuo golf cart sul lungomare.

We traveled here from Iowa with a family of 5. It was perfect for our family and the photos do not do this place justice! It was very clean and in a very quiet neighbor hood. Just a quick 2 minute drive on the golf cart and you were at the beach. The hot tub was perfect as we utilized this every night after a long day at the beach. The game room just has a simple foosball table and that was about it. We didn’t have any time or desire to spend any time in there. It did include beach toys and a beach chair that was perfect! This is an easy 5/5 rating. If I had any future requests, it would be amazing if it has a propane grill as we just didn’t have anytime for a charcoal grill. Thank you for the amazing home and we will be back to stay here again next year!

SUBDIVISION WAS BEAUTIFUL AND PERFECT PEACEFUL ETC HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT HAS ALOT OF FLAWS - THINGS THAT THEY HAD TO HAVE ALREADY KNOWN PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVAL - LOOKING FOR TRASH CAN IN KITCHEN OPEN CABINET THAT LOOKED NORMAL UPON OPENING BUT AS SOON AS YOU OPEN IT FALLS OFF HINGE AND YOU HAVE TO LIFT IT UP AND PLACE BACK ON THERE TO WHERE IT LOOKS NORMAL - SO THEN WE CHECKED OTHERS IN THERE AND SAME WAY - HALL RESTROOM DOOR WILL LOCK AND YOU CANT GET OUT WITHOUT SOMEONE OPENING IT FOR YOU FROM THE OUTSIDE - MOLD IN SHOWER/ BATH - HOUSE WAS NICE OTHER THAN THAT- ENJOYED OUR STAY - JUST NEEDS TO BE TENDED TO ON THOSE ISSUES SO SOMEONE DON'T END UP BEING CHARGED FOR FIXING SOMETHING THAT WAS ALREADY MESSED UP - WE MADE SURE WE MADE THE CABINET ISSUE AWAREAS SOON AS FOUND AS I WAS NOT GOING TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A ONGOING OBVIOUS ISSUE

Very nice spot for our vacation

Everything was as described in the listing of this property. Had plenty of space for the six people that we had staying in the house.Loved having a golf cart included with our reservation that was why I chose this property to begin with. There was plenty plates and silverware and pots and pans to cook with. There were just a few things that may want to be address in the future.The king bed could have been more comfortable. Maybe just add a mattress pad or something. Mine and my husband's back were both very sore after our 3 night stay. And there were so many ants outside it made it hard to enjoy our time outside.

Beach weekend

The size of the house, location, and including the golf cart was all great! Check-in was easy. However, the house could have been cleaner upon arrival- some visible stains on pillows, hot tub could use a good scrub, floor felt dirty. Welcome basket would have been a nice touch if there had been anything in it but it was empty. Only providing one small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a large house with lots of people for multiple days is pretty crazy. Living space is really big and spacious, but the couch is really small so not a lot of room for all of the people to hang out together. Listing photos show two bedrooms with queen beds but one was actually a bunkbed so would update photos to be more accurate.

Just ok

No water upon arrival. Turned off again on 3rd day. Living room furniture not very comfortable. Had coffee pods, but no kurig coffee maker. Management was super in working to get water turned back on. Would use company again, but different house. .

Great property, perfect location!

Great layout to the property, well appointed, clean, just as expected from the listing. Hot tub was a perfect addition, as well as the roof top sun terrace over the out building. Couldn’t be happier! Property manager was easy to work with, as usual! Simple and easy to follow check in and check out procedures provided. Thank you for another great Port A vacation!

Time for upgrades

This place needs an overall reno. The master bed was SO uncomfortable! The hot tub didnt work and after multiple communications with the property manager, apparently the owner just never changed the heating elements. The master shower is disgusting with mildew. The front doors are so rotted that a 5 year old could break in. The game room is a joke. The kitchen has BARE basics. I would not recommend this place until they invest the time and money to upgrade and renovate.

Almost Perfect

Setup/layout was nice, had lots of amenities but fell just short. We picked this place based on what was listed and offered yet didn't get 100% and management failed to compensate us for the things we didn't get. I'm sure the few things that we missed out on would be fixed by the time this posts so may not be an issue now.

Beautiful Property - Area

Enjoyed our stay greatly. Check-in process (Messages by text and via VRBO) was a little confusing and I missed some needed information. Management quickly clarified my misunderstanding, and all went extremely smooth afterwards. Would definitely stay at location again.

Perfect home!

This was the perfect house for our little family getaway! It was even better in person than the pictures in the post! Only two houses down from the community pool which was very convenient with the kids. Great communication with the owners. Would love to come back again soon!

Good, not great for a quick couples trip

The property is nice since we were there for a quick trip….the amenities are not the greatest- the game room is a converted, detached garage- it was way too hot and stuffy to be in there for any amount of time, even with the door open. Also- it has been raining and since there was a little standing water we released a hoard of mosquitos! The mosquitos were HORRIBLE! Not a knock against the property, just not expected! We had to get bug spray and still got eaten alive. The hot tub was unusable as it appeared and smelled like chemicals had been dumped in but the tub hadn’t been ran so when we turned it on to see what would happen it got likes sudsy bubbly, if that makes sense? It wasn’t worth risking my sensitive skin!

End of summer trip

From the moment I picked up keys at the front desk the experience was amazing. Clean spacey area. Perfect for everyone to have their own space. Only problem was the bunk bed room. For an adult to climb up those metal bars was uncomfortable and is not made for a full figured 5’8 person. We had to make sure the ceiling fan was off

Perfect Beach Getaway!!

This property has a lot to offer, for all ages. Everything you need is available for use during your stay. The beach is so close, and the provided golf cart was awesome!! We will definitely be back!

The best Port Aransas trip yet!

We took our three boys and mom to Mustang Island this past weekend and we absolutely adored this property. It was so big and there were so many spaces for the kids to hang out inside and out, it just made it the best vacation ever! Not to mention we got a free day with the golf cart and it was super convenient getting to and from the beach. The hot tub was wonderful and the deck above the garage was amazing. We spent most of the time outdoors enjoying the beautiful porch and flowers everywhere and in the back chilling and hanging with family.

Great location!

The house is pretty similar to the pics! There is now a bunk bed in the 3rd bedroom instead of a Queen which was amazing for us! I thought the backyard was going to be bigger, but considering all the amenities it comes with it didn’t matter so much! The front door does not open with the code so the side door is what we used to go in and out of the property. The check in process isn’t near the house so that is the 1 downside but other than that it’s a great house and great location!

Booking = EASY Check-In = FAST and EASY The house is super nice, clean, and welcoming. The location is perfect and the neighborhood quiet. The listing is very accurate and the pics are exactly what you get. We had a great time at Breezy Palms. The wrap-around porch was perfect for morning coffee and the house was nice and cool after a fun day at the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for meals in. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would love to stay here again the next time I come to Port Aransas!

Cottage near the Sea

Breezy Palms is the perfect cottage retreat for family and friends visiting Port Aransas! We absolutely loved this three bedroom two bath retreat nestled in a quiet neighborhood just south of town. The photos of this listing are accurate with the exception of one bedroom that actually has bunk beds that can sleep three comfortably in one of the bedrooms! We absolutely loved the layout of the entire house! Perfect for our family and friends - seven in total. The house feels open and spacious and is located just a few houses away from the neighborhood pool! The wrap around porch was well used by our entire party! Perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach! Furnished with hammock swings and chairs, we spent hours chatting and reading with the sea breeze keeping us cool. The backyard is perfect! Comfortable seating, hot tub, charcoal grill and tiki bar. We had plenty of room for a family game if cornhole (we brought our own game). The younger members of our party loved the private sun deck over the garage game room, and we all enjoyed the ping pong table and foos ball table. The garage does get warm, but not bad in the evening when the sun goes down. We so enjoyed the golf cart being our transportation to and from the beach. We also enjoyed a trip to town along the beach “sand highway”. Riding to town along the beach is about 4 miles, but so fun to take in the ocean as you head into town to check out the shops and restaurants! The management company was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions along the way! I would definitely suggest this property and the entire neighborhood of Mustang Royale! It was so difficult to leave this morning! Thank you for the perfect home for our beach vacation on Mustang Island!

Great location

This unit was great for our family. I would be happy to stay there again. It is a perfect gathering place. Kids loved the freedom to play in the yard/game room. We highly recommend getting the golf cart to roam the beach. Neighborhood was more calm compared to closer to Port A proper. The house was a little "worn" and bathrooms needed a deep clean, but overall very comfortable and it made up for it in character and comfort.
