Makin Waves - Vicino a tutto !!

I nostri foresteria sono circa 850 piedi quadrati e si trova al primo piano di una casa di proprietà privata con ingresso privato. L'unica cosa che tra i nostri foresteria e la spiaggia sono le dune di sabbia. La casa è stata costruita nel luglio 2009 ed è stato completamente arredata con nuove nomine.

La spiaggia si trova a breve distanza e in vista. Tutto Port Aransas ha da offrire è a pochi minuti di distanza, tra cui la spiaggia, traghetto, marina, golf, negozi e ristoranti. Siamo solo un isolato dalla 11th Street, vicino all'incrocio di Beach Access Road 1A. Vicino a tutto !!

La nostra unità di ospitare comodamente 4 persone, ma può ospitare fino a 6 persone con 1 camera da letto e 1 bagno. I nostri foresteria sono l'ideale per una coppia o piccola famiglia. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto matrimoniale con lenzuola nuovissime. La camera familiare dispone di 2 letti a castello da incasso e un futon full-size.

Vi mostriamo tutte le comodità di casa, tra cui una cucina completamente attrezzata abitabile con tutti gli elettrodomestici nuovi, granito-top con 4 bar sgabelli, lavatrice / asciugatrice, lenzuola e asciugamani per 6, mobili nuovi in ​​tutto, TV satellitare, ADSL / Connessione wireless, posto auto nel nostro vialetto e un patio privato di fronte alle belle dune di sabbia.

Saremo lieti di darvi il benvenuto alla vostra casa lontano da casa durante la visita la nostra bella città - Port Aransas.

This spot was perfect for our quick get away to the beach. Made for a nice walk to the beach in the morning. The sleep arrangements for our kids was easy with the sofa sleeper and bunk beds all in the same area. We will definitely book this spot again.

Will definitely stay here again! It was a great location--close to beach, close to everything in Port Aransas. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Loved that it was quiet yet close to everything.

Property was perfect for our family of four! The space was amazing. It was clean and had all the required necessities for our short stay! Very close to the beach! Wished we could have booked for a longer stay!

Enjoyed stay. Secluded and private oasis area away from major traffic and noise. Proximity to beach a plus and washer dryer availability a life saver. Will consider this property as 1st option when booking in Port Aransas.

Property was nice. We were a little surprised that there were no cleaning supplies. In past VRBO's that we have stayed in there have some type of disinfectants to wipe down counter tops a such, there were none in this rental. There were several lights burned out including the fronyt porch lioght.

The pictures didn't do this place justice. This is a very nice place. It was very clean. We enjoyed having the back patio. There is a quality outside grill that works great. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all close. The kitchen had all we needed. Our only negative is the beds were not very comfortable. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for spring break 2021. 2 adults and 2 kids fit nicely without any issues. It’s located in a good area that is not far from the beach. There is construction going on right next door. It wasn’t bad but you should know about it.

This trip was a greatly needed event for the family. We were on a tight budget and had been looking at several places. We opted to go a little higher to get this listing since it had the “home” feel we wanted. It felt comfortable and we had a great stay. The main bed was waaay softer than our home bed. That made the nights a little less comfortable for us particularly. But we napped enough to catch up on rest. The kitchen utensils and pans had food still stuck on much of them. We cleaned a big batch of them before and after using. Probably a great idea during the pandemic era anyways. All in all, we loved the space, it was quiet and comfy and it felt very private. We’d stay again for sure.

This property is amazing! It was very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and felt right at home. The washer and dryer in the home was a game changer especially after long sandy days at the beach. Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends and we are already planning a return visit!

Property is right there in Port Aransas, literally close to everything. It was SO CLEAN! It’s nicely decorated, kitchen cooking necessities were provided, there’s washer and dryer which is nice for those wet swimsuits. There was a fridge, tv with cable (my kids loved that!), outdoor shower to get the sand off, WiFi access. We were sad to leave. It was me, my husband, and 3 kids between 1 and 5 years old. We all had a blast and it was nice and private!

This is a nice property much better than a hotel. Very cozy and a short drive to the beach and everything. My only suggestion and I don’t know if its on VRBO side but there are owners fees and service fees that didn’t show until after the card was charged. For two single moms it was a pretty big unexpected hit. Other than that it was a great experience. We will stay here again, its worth the money just would be nice to know ahead of time about the fees. Great communication with the owner and manager if you have any issue... slept 2 adults and 3 teenagers very comfortably

Nice getaway for a few days. Liked the layout with the built-in bunk bed option. Wi-fi always worked, kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Easy coordination to rent. Owners very nice. We drove to the beach each day (few minutes) - $12 permit purchased at the nearby convenient store - which is good for the entire season. That made it easy to bring all the beach stuff. The walk to the beach is out to the road, which is also doable (10 min walk maybe?) but not if you are carrying a lot of beach things. You would want a wagon, if walking. There’s no direct access from behind the house to the beach even though you are really close. Highly recommend.

Property manager was great working with us with all of our needs and questions. Super nice cozy little home. Got to meet the owner and they are super nice and outstanding people. They stay out of the way and don’t pry into your business. Def will be coming back!
