First room was terrible. It was a suite, smelled heavy of urine, carpet at one place in room was separated and coming up creating a tripping hazard. This was an accessible room, the tub- shower combination was about knee high and no way either of us would have been able to use it. My partner has breathing problems and after just a few minutes in the room she was having problems breathing. Our complaints were answered by Josh at the desk and we were given another room. It was not a suite, but it was better and more accessible as the tub. Height was loower. Josh was very polite in getting us a different available room and tho not a suite, it wwas a lot better. By the time we finished transferring our lluggagee and everything we were too tired to do anything else that day, except her breathing treatment.
