Completamente ristrutturato, dentro e fuori per la stagione 2014! Difficilmente puoi avvicinarti alla spiaggia di questa casa sulla spiaggia di Lost Colony. Situato a pochi passi al complesso piscina o per la passeggiata verso la spiaggia. La zona giorno principale è un soggiorno aperto e cucina. Ci sono due tavoli una quattro posti e gli altri tre con posti a sedere bar per quattro. La cucina è ben attrezzare e ci sono vedute dell'acqua da qualsiasi posizione nella stanza. Le finestre 30 piedi con vista mozzafiato sul mare sono il punto centrale della stanza. C'è un bagno completo si trova su questo piano. L'ultimo piano dispone di tre camere da letto e un bagno completo. Il master ha un letto king size, la seconda camera 3 gemelli e la terza camera una regina. Il divano giù per le scale apre anche in un divano letto matrimoniale. Il grande secondo Maestro al piano terra ha un letto king size e una vista mozzafiato sul mare, a pochi passi. Questa unità può ospitare 10 persone in letti e gli animali domestici. C'è la connessione internet wireless per il vostro uso. Definitely a beachfront home - loved hearing the sound of the surf as we sat on the deck. It was one minute walk to the beach - could not have been closer!

Location was great! Fridge & freezer smelled HORRIBLE when we got there & we ended up having an ant issue but the property manager was super responsive & helped us resolve the issues promptly. Overall, a good stay.

Great view but not pet friendly. I was tired of pulling stickers off of my dogs paws the first day. And we couldn’t sit on the ground level due to fire ants.

We stayed in one of the homes in Lost Colony last year. We decided to try this one for our annual Port Aransas trip this year. The view cannot be matched. The downstairs bedroom runs a bit warm. There was a cleanliness issue when we arrived. It smelled like smoke inside the house. In the kitchen, there was a new trashbag with beer bottles and cigarette butts and ashes dumped in the trash bag. There was also an issue with the cleanliness of the toilet in the downstairs bathroom and sand on the entry floor. It seemed like the previous guests had left quite an unexpected mess, but my call to the property manager had someone over to fix that issue in less than five minutes, and some airing out and our own sanitization of the home did the trick. The beds are comfortable, and the showers and bathrooms are nice and roomy. The furniture is comfortable. The home is just beautiful. There is the usual wear that you would expect for a home that is on the water and occupied by numerous vacationers. You just can’t beat that view though. In all my years of vacationing in Port Aransas since I was a child, these homes at the front of Lost Colony have the most beautiful view I’ve ever seen in any home or condo I’ve stayed in. So many nice people were also there vacationing. I could sit on that balcony or inside the house all day just staring at the water. Did I mention the sunrises? They are pretty breath taking. We will be back again next year, likely to this same home.

Everything was as advertised. Beautiful home in excellent condition and very clean. Well stocked kitchen service was great; we had a problem using cable tv and they responded with a service man at night. Turned out to be just a reset which we could have done if we knew the system.

We so enjoyed our annual family vacation at Waters Edge. It is perfect for our family of eight. It is quiet and right on the beach and the sound of the waves. Sunrises are beautiful and glorious! The only thing I would suggest is that there should be more hand towels for the bathrooms. There were only 3 hand towels and there are 6 lavatories in the bathrooms. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Views are the best from this property . Right on the beach . Beach is wonderful in winter . Not busy at all . Great for long walks with Dog . Good weather and bad weather. Still had a chance to walk on beach every day .

We had an amazing time. The house is beautiful. The location is fantastic! Perfect for families with children. You are literally right on the beach! The only suggestion I have is bring a large frying pan if you have more than four people in your group. The house has everything you need except that one item. Overall a five star experience. I will definitely book this house again for future beach trips. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us

We came for a quick getaway and visit and we were not disappointed. The views of the beach were amazing from practically every room. Clean and quiet spot and the access to the beach was immediate. Cannot wait to come back.

This properties location was perfect! The house was beautiful with ocean views in every room. The house was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk away, accessible by the boardwalk. We only have ONE complaint, the beds were so uncomfortable..The grand master bedroom, bottom floor with a private bathroom the bed was hard as a rock. The standard bedrooms with queens had hard beds. Everyone complained about how bad the beds were. Except for The master bedroom upstairs, it had a memory foam mattress, topper. Nothing compares to a comfortable bed, when my cousin left early we all fought over who could move to that room.

This house has amazing views of the water and the sunrise in the early morning is breathtaking! I would absolutely stay here again! They are pet friendly as well! The overall condition of the home was clean and they give you some supplies to start off your stay! The check-in and check-out process was stress free! We loved it here!
