This Coastal Townhome has a Living & Dining Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Stackable Washer/Dryer, ½ bath downstairs, 1 car size garage used to store any toys. Upstairs has All 3 Bedrooms & 2 full baths. Sleeps 10
This Townhome sits on a Quite 10-Unit Complex. You will find the Privacy You Like and the Space You Need to Enjoy Your Stay on the Island. This Coastal Townhome has the Living Room, Dining Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Stackable Washer/Dryer ½ bath with an exit to the private patio downstairs.

Additional amenities include wireless internet throughout the condo with a 1 car size garage that can be used to store any toys.

Outside parking Provides up to 4 cars . additional parking across the unit for a boat trailer or guest parking.

Upstairs has All 3 Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and 2 Roll Aways Single Size Beds, walk in master closet, walk in private Full Bath.

The unit could use a little love. Appliances need to be wiped down and around door knobs. Sheets on queen bed stained (yellow spots) and hair present. Twin beds need to be tightened or just used for kids otherwise, they squeak when adults turn over. No dishwasher pods so we handwashed dishes for the stay.

This was a really great place to stay. We came for thanksgiving weekend to visit with family and had a great time. The kiddos loved how the pool was right outside the back door. And not to mention the beach is not far from the home. Very sad to leave but will be back next time!!
