Beautiful 1538 sq ft Beach Theme Poolside Townhome, Life awaits you in this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath, with an open patio and located just across Lake Padre and close to the beach. You will find the Privacy You Like and the Space You Need to Enjoy Your Stay on the Island. This Coastal Townhome has a Living & Dining Room, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Stackable Washer/Dryer, ½ bath downstairs, 1 car size garage that can be used to store any toys. Parking area can accommodate ip to 4 vehicles or utilize the parking area across the unit for guest parking or boat trailer. Upstairs has All 3 Bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 11.

Arrive to find everything you need in a vacation. Easy access into the condo from the road access.

You have a Beautiful Dining table and Bar seating to mingle together with your family or guest.
Everything you need to make an entire meal for the family. Not wanting to lift a finger instead, no problem. Plenty of restaurants on the island to choose from. Many places with great food from sushi, steak, fish n chips, seafood, pizza, even our, Unique Coffee shop made out of shipping containers, On the Water dining under the Bridge and don't forget the ice cream.

Location-prime / Noise - quiet /Residence Appointments- beach chic like a real home. As if someone swapped keys with you and were coming back to occupy after the stay / Owner communication - exemplary. Proactive and attentive I would rent from this owner again!

This is the second year in a row that we vacationed at these condos and will definitely book again. Great location, property is well furnished, pool always clean and inviting, and perfect space for families.

Fun weekend in Corpus

Really enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean, the beds were so comfortable, and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Nice getaway and retreat near beach

Our family was in town for a member's graduation at Texas A&M-CC. The home was spacious and the condo community was pleasant. We did have some issues with the fridge the first night, but the owner was very responsive in communication. Overall our family had a great time using the pool and the patio area out back for BBQing and relaxing. Plenty of beds upstairs, Wifi was strong, Kitchen was well stocked (more dish towels could be useful). Bring your own toiletries, but the 2 full baths and 1/2 baths were very useful. There were also 2 bikes in the garage, we used to ride around out to the beach 2 blocks away. We had a fun and great weekend.

Great place for a beach getaway.

Overall the property was clean, well advertised, and in a nice location. Nice pool in the back was convenient for when the kids didn't want to go to the beach.
