Nemo Cay Resort è lo sviluppo di case vacanza più emozionante che abbia mai colpito North Padre Island. Il complesso si trova in una posizione appartata ma centrale sull'Isola del Nord Padre, adiacente al nuovissimo Schlitterbahn Beach Country Resort. Nemo Cay Resort è il luogo da sogno per le famiglie che vogliono venire a godersi il nuovissimo parco acquatico e le molte altre attrazioni della zona, tra cui bellissime spiagge, pesca, golf, surf e molto altro ancora. Aspetta di vedere questa piscina! Include una piscina per fondali bassi per i kiddos, fontane spray e paesaggi tropicali che si trovano in tutto il complesso. Scendi in inverno? Allora ti godrai anche la piscina riscaldata!

INTERNI
Puoi facilmente dormire 8 in questo primo piano, a due piani e godrai davvero degli splendidi interni decorati professionalmente che includeranno mobili confortevoli, ripiani in granito, pavimenti in legno e una combinazione di colori tropicali. Il primo livello comprende una cucina ben attrezzata, un tavolo da pranzo per sei persone, un bar per la colazione che può ospitare altri 3 e una spaziosa zona soggiorno. Al piano superiore troverete le due camere da letto ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Una camera ha un letto king size e la seconda camera ha 2 letti queen size. Altri due ospiti possono dormire sul divano letto queen size.

We stayed at this property almost 3 weeks while visiting family in Corpus and it was terrific. Management Company was great, any issues were handled quickly and pleasantly. The pool was great for our 9 and 12 yr old grandchildren. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer in unit was convenient, beds were comfortable, unit was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

It was very peaceful. On Sunday my children cleaned up around the pool area. Some other guest made a mess. My children enjoyed too and can't untill we come back. Just need a 3 bedroom. Thank you for having us as your guest.

Graduation Trip

Overall everything was great, my family and I rented 2 townhomes for our weekend stay. My daughter graduated from Texas A&M Corpus Christi and we needed room to relax and enjoy our time there. Great location from beach and loved that the pool was a few steps away. One of the bedroom tv's didn't work, but other than that we were all happy with our stay.

Perfect location

Only 1 mile from a great beach. Three full bathrooms. Two rooms. Full living room. Great beach theme. Perfect for a big family. Very clean. Had everything we needed.

Mom and kids vacation!

We had a great time! The rental was perfect for us. There’s no getting around sand getting inside but it had a broom and vacuum to help clean. The outlets in the room with the double beds didn’t work but it’s ok. Loved having 3 full baths.

Cute condo, pool was nice! Stairs are a bit steep. We're ok for us, but in case of elderly or disability it might be a bit much. Condo was super clean. Comfy beds. Would stay again!!

Absolutely FABULOUS

I must give this property an A+ rating. It was so perfect for my family and I. My wife and I shared a huge king sized bed and my daughter and grandsons shared the other bedroom which had 2 double or queen sized beds. I can't remember. The boys watched tv in the living room on the sofa bed one night and all three of them slept there comfortably the entire night. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget imaginable for cooking. I think one could quite literally cook an entire Thanksgiving feast in that kitchen. The pool was fabulous and the kids had a blast. Everyone was friendly in the pool area. Parking was great. Getting in and out of the condo was easy with a keypad entry. Everything is close by. It is a 2 story with the bedrooms upstairs and even has a washer nd dryer. I suggest you bring beach towels for the pool. Although there are pillows; if you like huge and fluffy bring your own. Not complaining; I just like my own big fat pillows. Over all this place ROCKED. I will definitely stay again. Thanks for a fabulous end-of-summer treat for my family and me.

Just blocks away from the beach

My family of 5 was in town for a softball tournament. The location is just blocks away from the beach. The condo was nice and plenty of room for everyone. I would suggest the cleaning company do a better job cleaning. The floors were sticky and covered in sand. I had to vacuum as soon as we got there. We found a water bottle in between the chair cushions. The shower curtain liners need to be replaced, they have discoloration on them. Master bath tub was clogged which they came and fixed right away but the cleaning people should have turned that in because the tub had soap scum buildup from the clogged drain. The trash dumpsters were emptied once a week but stayed full and trash was blowing all over the place.

The condo was everything it stated. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Our only issue was the pool area. A goup of teenagers rough housing in the pool so we had to leave due our small children. One jumped in the air and almost landed on me because they were playing football in the pool. The pool area was full of smaller children.

Great Family Vacation!

The rental property was great! I was disappointed at first not being close to the beach, but the free beach wasn’t far away. For a busy time the beach wasn’t over crowded at all. When we arrived we were expecting two parking spots right outside the rental. Only one in front and one across the way. The ac was set on 70 when we arrived. The ac would adjust itself in the middle of the night to a higher temp, if you are temp sensitive it will wake you. We used the pool area one time in the early evening. Love that the bathrooms are right in the pool area, it helps with small ones. Beautiful, pretty peaceful rental! Plenty of room for the family and not far from the beach! I would add a broom and dustpan for people who like to clean up. The Dustbuster vacuum is ok, but sometimes hard to always get out for quick clean ups.

Nice Condo with Adequate Furnishings

The condo was a great size for our family of five and the location was good for getting around the island. The biggest issue we had was the master bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sheets were super scratchy. The kids in the second bedroom had no complaints about the beds, however. The garbage disposal did not work properly, but I’m sure this is something they could easily remedy. The other issue was that we called the property managers for a maintenance issue (the power went out for a few hours, no fault of the property) on a Saturday afternoon and never heard back from them. All that being said, we were comfortable and able to enjoy our vacation.
