Beach At Last, is a pleasingly coastal decorated home located in the much sought-after community of Ocean Village, just 0.8 miles from the beach. This four-bedroom, three-bath home that sleeps twelve has everything you need for your next beach vacation. The home is built on stilts which leaves plenty of room for parking for four vehicles and cooking meals on the charcoal grill and enjoying them outside on the picnic tables. While you wait for the meal, enjoy watching the TV that's located outside under the carport area. Upon entering the home, you will be very impressed with the wide-open floor plan. The generous dining table has seating for ten, with additional seating at the kitchen island with four barstools.
The living area has a sizable comfortable sectional sofa that reclines in various places that is sure to please, a smart TV with Wi-Fi. There is also a Pac-Man game and a Ping Pong table for your enjoyment.
The spacious kitchen has glossy white appliances, a good size pantry, and both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker.
Down the hall to the right is a laundry closet with a stackable washer and dryer.
BD1) First guest room to the left, the bunk room, two sets of twin bunk beds, and a smart TV. BD2) Across the hall is another guest room with a bunk bed with a twin over a full, a pull-out twin trundle underneath, and a smart TV. BA1) a full bath with a tub/shower combo down the hall and a vanity with a sink. BD3) The first master at the end of the hall has a king bed and a smart TV. There is also a private exit to the balcony outside for you to sit and enjoy the sunset.
BA2) The ensuite bath has a large walk-in shower, a vanity, and a sink. BD4) Across the hall from that is the second master, with another king bed, and a smart TV, and this room also has a private exit to the same balcony to enjoy that sunset. BA3) The ensuite bath has a large walk-in shower and a vanity with a sink.
Delight in the colorful hues of the home, sure to soothe your soul. There is a community pool to cool off after a day at the beach and a large palapa for shade along the pond. This complex is 1.3 miles from restaurants, shops, and nightlife.
