The covered balcony is a perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee to start the day, sip a cocktail for happy hour or to serve outdoor meals! The new bbq will surely be a hit for those who enjoy grilling! You'll definitely want to try the unique indoor 'smore maker', to get the full experience at Smiles & Smores!

Kick back and watch movies in the living area, complete with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV. Release your inner chef in the fabulous kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances including a French-door fridge. Four can sip coffee at the quartz breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats 10.

This townhome sleeps 10 guests between four bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. The fourth bedroom has a custom built-in twin-over-twin bunk bed and balcony access. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a half bath provides added convenience.

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
