Inside your stay, a water-view great room boasts 30' ceilings with exposed trusses, a sectional, and a TV with surround sound. The library has a table, puzzles, and books, offering the perfect hangout and board game space. Mix drinks at the wet bar and unwind in the ground-level living area equipped with a pool table, dining area, and a large TV. A second-floor living area has a beverage fridge, a sectional, and another TV. Prep meals in your dream kitchen, designed with quartz countertops and exquisite light fixtures. Highlights include a sprawling breakfast island, stainless steel appliances, a beautiful dining table as well as beautiful brand new furniture that offers you the most enjoyable vacation of 2025.

The primary suite is dazzling with plush bedding, easy outdoor access, and an en suite bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. All the bedrooms have tasteful decor, easy outdoor and bathroom access, and the air of the home's central air-conditioning keeping them cool - no matter the temperature outside.

Outside, relish having access to an exclusive, private heated pool and spa. The covered patio offers alfresco dining and a built-in grill. The lawn sits at the edge of a lake and is a perfect wedding venue if applicable to your stay. Two Gulf-view balconies have Adirondack chairs and loungers.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
