    Nemo Cay Resort D105 è una casa al primo piano splendidamente decorata che crea la fuga più serena dallo stress del mondo quotidiano. Il primo piano presenta una pianta molto aperta dove il soggiorno, la sala da pranzo e la cucina sono tutti aperti l'uno all'altro. Creare un ambiente invitante per tutta la famiglia per trascorrere del tempo insieme. Il primo piano ospita anche una suite king e un bagno completo. Salendo le scale troverai altre due camere da letto, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato. Una dispone di un letto king size e le altre due letti matrimoniali. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. C'è anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice per la vostra convenienza. Altri servizi includono una TV in ogni camera da letto e un 60 "nel soggiorno, un lettore DVD, 2 posti auto riservati e Wifi gratuito.

    L'intero complesso è magnificamente strutturato con imponenti palme e lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale. E aspetta di vedere questa piscina! Ha una zona poco profonda per i kiddos, le fontane spray e se scendi in inverno ti piacerà il riscaldamento! C'è anche un parco giochi con scivoli, altalena e molto altro. Questa proprietà è anche PET-FRIENDLY. Numerose attrazioni dell'isola sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto e le nostre spiagge del Texas spazzate dal vento sono solo 1 miglio di distanza.

Wonderful stay for the whole family

This place was perfect for the whole family which included my wheelchair bound Dad and two husky brothers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay somewhere super close to the beach

Cute and quiet

We enjoyed our stay, the pool definitely didn’t feel heated which would have been nice to be able to enjoy in the evening. Close to the mainland and to the beach. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Would have been nice to have basic spices for cooking but the grocery store was close by.

Bottom bathroom had no water pressure and the top two seem to have issues as well. Kids like to spend the day at the beach and when parents are tired, we can come and relax at the pool while kids continue to have fun.

Did not enjoy

2 weeks cancellation minimum. Family emergency happened and they still will stick to their policy. We were charged the full amount of the stay. Minus the small cleaning fee.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this was an extremely clean and comfortable unit. We did have issues with the kitchenware in the unit. There were too many steak knives but not one paring knife. There was too much clutter in the cutlery drawer! The pans had no lids that fit them properly. We used two covers that did not fit well and were awkward to use. The Nemo staff members we met were very courteous and a joy to talk to! The one man told us he would be trimming the palms. He spoke to my grandson about good fishing places. It was a pleasure to meet and talk to this man!

Check in was rough, I was guaranteed 4pm check I'm, didn't get to check in till 4:45pm.Some dishes were dirty which was crazy because we got a late check in because they were cleaning. The roll outs beds had urine stains and they caved in when you laid down. Then on our last night the A/C goes out for about an hour in the middle of night. I spoke to Amber and although she was really nice there was really nothing she could do until check out..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lots of space! Only the upstairs shower worked. I had to carry my disabled daughter up and down the stairs to take showers. A/c does not work in the bottom front room. The ventilation is bad, you will wake up sweating. The rest of the rooms were ice cold. I have stayed in many of these rentals at this same location and none as bad as this one. I did not feel the need to call and complain, we made it work. Place was clean and stocked with the normal things we needed.

This townhouse has everything you could possibly need for a stay on Padre Island. It's very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for alot of people. The pool and playground is great fun!

You’re a 20 minute drive to Padre Island National Seashore, we were able to watch one of their Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle hatchling releases! It was quite the experience! The pool was amazing for both children and adults!

Nice place

The vacation rental was clean and comfy overall. The air was super cold in the whole house expect the down stairs bedroom. We did have some water pressure problems in the kitchen sink, the down stairs bathroom, and the upstairs bedroom with the queen beds but it was not horrible just a little low. Sound does travel between the units but it is not super bad or anything. Management was very quick to answer for when we had problem with the fridge not getting cold and it was fixed and cooling by morning after the day we got there. It’s not that far from the water or the stores. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Listed below are issues we found with Nemo Cay D105K:• The TV in one of the guest rooms did not work. Maintenance did fix.• Low shower pressure• Cheap plastic toilet seats for use of occupants in master bedroom• There should be more useable utensils in the kitchen. Who needs two wine bottle openers? Have useable knives, like a paring knife or butcher knife.• Fry pans had loose handles. This could be safety issue.• Dresser draws stuck and hard to open. Felt like cheap furniture.• Back door stuck and was hard to open. I had to push my body into door for it to open! In addition, closing it was ridiculous!Overall issues:• Either get more trash dumpsters or get recycle dumpsters• I walked through the complex and only found two blue trash dumpsters• Both dumpsters appear to spill over with trash, when guest leave on a weekend.• Many complexes in SATX have recycle dumpsters• Recycle dumpsters would cut back on trash• If installed, mark the recycle dumpsters clearly, so guests know NOT to use for trash.• I noticed many • Clarify with guest that any visitors are not to park in paying customers parking slots. We had a young woman park in the 105 parking and I had to ask her to move.
