Questo complesso offre una delle migliori piscine in stile laguna che troverete qui sull'isola, con una cascata e una grande area poco profonda per i bambini. E ora la piscina è riscaldata per il divertimento tutto l'anno. L'intero complesso è splendidamente strutturato con lussureggiante paesaggio tropicale. Griglie per barbecue sono disponibili per gli ospiti pure.
    La posizione centrale del Palm Bay Village offre agli ospiti un facile accesso a tutto ciò che l'isola ha da offrire, tra cui chilometri di spiagge spazzate dal vento, il nuovissimo parco acquatico Schlitterbahn e numerose destinazioni per lo shopping e i ristoranti.

    INTERNI
    Amerai la moderna atmosfera costiera questa proprietà molto funzionale offre. Per iniziare, hai un, difficile da trovare, due box auto per parcheggiare i tuoi veicoli. Esci dalla tua auto e attraversa la proprietà attraverso la cucina, che è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare 3 pasti al giorno e elettrodomestici moderni e bellissimi ripiani in granito nero.
    Dalla cucina entrerai nella sala da pranzo che ospita l'intero gruppo. Quindi entrate nella spaziosa e aperta zona giorno arredata con comodi divani e una grande TV a schermo piatto per godervi il grande gioco. Si può godere una bella vista della piscina e patio privato dalla zona giorno o uscire sul patio che offre una splendida vista del ragazzo che si tuffa in giro nella piscina della piscina.
    Al piano superiore troverete le due camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e il proprio bagno privato. Un divano letto queen size è anche nella zona giorno per due ospiti aggiuntivi a dormire. Questa unità ospiterà un totale di sei ospiti.

    Sono forniti biancheria per ogni letto e asciugamani per ogni ospite. È richiesto un soggiorno minimo di due notti. Gli ospiti contraenti di Padre Escapes devono avere almeno 25 anni. L'ospite deve avere una patente di guida statale o altro documento identificativo accettabile.

Overall the stay was great. The condo was nice and well kept . There was a hiccup on timing of check-in due to a contractor needing to work on the garage door but all in all it was a pleasant stay .

Great place

The condo was a very nice get away. Not far from the beach and near all the restaurants. Plenty of room in the condo to move around. Pool was good size and not crowded.

The unit was immaculate, and every one in our group loved the condo which had plenty of room for our family. The bedrooms were extra large and had comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The family room and kitchen area are nice and offer plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy a nice movie and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by the chef in your family. The resort style pool is a definite plus especially if you would like to unwind after a day at the beach. The outdoor patio offers a nice view of the resort style pool and offers a tranquil area while enjoying your morning coffee. We will definitely book again especially since we love our trips to the coast!

Upon arrival at Mare Dunes, we were so delighted to see that the unit was very clean and the check in process was easy. We have stayed at different units on the property, and this is definitely one of two favorites. The unit is stocked with all the kitchen items needed in order to cook a family meal or if you like there are gas grills on the property for guests to use. The condo also has a very nice patio that you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or read a good book while listening to the waterfall from the resort style pool. The rooms are very spacious and offer nice comfy beds for a good night's rest. The complex is located on Padre Island and there is plenty to do with just a short walk or a short drive. We look forward to staying at Mare Dune's in the near future.

Yes the beds aren’t the best but what come to lay out on the beach not the beds. This place did have a recliner that was awesome. Kids loved their room with its own shower/restroom.The downstairs restroom was hot and felt no air in it so we just closed the door and went upstairs.

It had everything we needed and extra beach supplies to take to the beach! Our minivan and golf cart fit perfectly in the garage! We were able to drive to and from the beach in our golf cart which was really fun! We have stayed at several places on Padre Island and this place has the best pool! We loved that this condo was facing the pool and has gas grills near the condo! Check in and check out is so easy it’s sent to you and you do it all on your phone! Oh and there’s a Stripes store a few steps away! Loved our stay! We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Our condo at Palm Bay Village was everything we hoped for. It has literally anything you could think of or need. We like to cook and they have every utensils and cookware conceivable. There are also gas grills throughout the complex that are free to use. Everyone was friendly and polite. The pool is right outside the awesome patio. The condo is open and spacious. The beach is right down the street. Only about a 10 minute walk. If you want to park on the beach, be sure to stop at the Stripes station across the street from the condo to buy a parking pass ($12).

Reviewer Comments: We try to grab a Palm Bay condo every year we come to Padre - they have the best pool for the days or hours when the waves or weather are too rough for the beach. Best pool we've found in the area hands down with great plants too. A 90 second drive to the beach.We love this unit's 2 car garage and best patio view of the hummingbirds in the morning. Has all the kitchen appliances you will need. Clean and comfortable. My kids love that the bedrooms are upstairs.
