  • SOOO è contento di avere questa casa di lusso sul mercato per condividere con tutti. Questo pezzo di dimensioni del Texas di paradiso si trasforma il minuto si entra le sue porte. Con un soggiorno aperto e sala da pranzo, solarium, cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da poker, tavolo craps, e Bar (BYOB), tutti con una vista tutti sono i benvenuti. Grande festa? Beautiful home!

The home is even more beautiful in person. Everything was clean and the outside pool area was amazing. Will definitely stay here again next summer!

Great for a guy's trip to fish. Close to the marina our guide leaves from. We all enjoyed the pool after a successful day of fishing. They were always available and helpful.

It was a guys' trip to fish. Clean, close to marina where guide left from and enjoyed the pool after a successful morning of fishing. Kitchen, dining and living area are open and great for cooking a meal and enjoying baseball playoff games!

Summer family vacation

The vacation home was exactly as described. The fishing dock was perfect for our large family of 11 to gather and enjoy. This was definitely the vacation we were hoping for. We highly recommend this place for your next family vacation. Thank you.

Great location and very clean

This was our second time staying at Bahia Breeze and we love this property. It is located on the canal in Bahia Bay and perfect if you are going out fishing. There is a cleaning station on the canal with lights to clean fish. The house is spotless clean and the beds are very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property if going to Rockport, TX.

Great house for Family

This was a perfect house for multigenerational family. Teens had their own space downstairs and adults had large family areas and kitchen. Pool and landscape were very relaxing and we had easy access to the bay for our boat. Only downside was that there were no fish in the bay that we could eat, but there were lots of dolphins just outside the Bahia Bay canals.

Birthday celebration

Overall house was great. Few amenities were not functional like the hot tub not heated(which was acknowledged in description) and the outdoor built in grill not working(but a free standing one was supplied). We had a good time otherwise.

Great home love the lay out so spacious Marie was amazing it was a holiday weekend and she answered my calls and e-mails anytime I needed her my only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working the weather wasn’t so great and having the hot tub would have been amazing it seems it hasn’t worked in a long time from other reviews but overall absolutely amazing

Long Weekend

We had 5 people staying over a long weekend. It was a great home with plenty of space. We wish that the hot tub had been working as we were looking forward to it. The driveway was also a little bit of a surprise and there wasn't really an area to turn around with a long truck and trailer without driving to the end of the street. Even with these couple of items, we will be booking this house again for our stay in the area.

Great time at Bahia Bay Breeze

We had an amazing time at this property. We come back each year. Only one hiccup...we used to use the gas grill but now it doesn't work anymore so we had to buy charcoal and lighter fluid to cook our hotdogs and hamburgers. Also the hot tub has been under maintenance for years so we already knew about that issue. We were happy to see the lights in the pool working again. The house cools well and the parking is great! FYI if you show up even one minute early the code won't work to get inside so it must be synchronized with the clock but not a big deal just a heads up. We will be back again next year.

The Bahia Bay Breeze Is the BEST property we have ever rented in all the places we have stayed. (which is a lot!) 1st class!!! Above & beyond everything you could possibly need & more! Not to mention the Cleanest house ever!! Marie was great to work with! Thank you!!

With the 5 ladies in our group, each of whom had their own bedroom, the one thing that was definitely missing was a mirror (wall or free-standing) in each bedroom to make getting ready a bit easier! Marie & Danise were very responsive when we asked called/texted questions pre-arrival, during our stay, and the day we checked out.

Beautiful Home

Great place to vacation with the family. Lots of room to spread out and the back patio is perfect for late afternoon and evening relaxation. The pool and back patio make this place very special. You must pay attention walking around pool area, because you step right off of the patio and if not paying attention can end up in the pool. Back patio and pool were both dirty upon arrival. Pool guy showed up Friday and got water cleared up but did nothing with debris in the pool. Hot tub does not work but we knew that going in. We had no issues with anything in the house, everything worked great. Fishing is not great at all off of the pier. Fishing was very slow in the bay as well though. However it was nice to have your own clean fish cleaning table to clean the daily catches. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year.

Great Place!

The house was beautiful, spacious and so comfortable! The Pool, patio and fishing dock was great fun for the kids and nice place to hang out to bbq. Would recommend this place to anyone.
