Guests have access to the entire home, except for the owner's closet and garage. Limited parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Boat & trailer parking is NOT permitted. No street parking allowed.

While we can't guarantee a completely quiet stay, these efforts help make the area even better for residents and visitors alike. Keep in mind that island life comes with seasonal pests like mosquitoes. To help keep them at bay, our properties receive professional pest control treatments every month.
• Please be aware that because Port Aransas is a unique coastal community, cable and Wi-Fi connectivity might be unpredictable. Thank you for acknowledging that we have no control over these services. Service interruptions will not qualify for any discounts or reimbursements.

GUEST VERIFICATION

To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

• Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
• Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
• Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. This waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses, but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay, please just let us know. Thank you!

Awesome place to stay and getaway for a bit. The property was super clean. It is within a short walk to the beach and had solid amenities. It is also located within minutes of restaurants and tourists shops. The property appears to be a newly constructed property which again also added to the super clean vibe. First time visiting Port A so we wanted something close to the beach. The location was perfect and the quick access to the beach was great! The house was just as the listing showed. Was very clean and well stocked with necessities to make it feel homey. Would definitely stay here again!

Great new construction, great kitchen, awesome showers and comfy beds. I didn't get a golf cart but it wasn't needed but could have been fun addition. Great host and a wonderful stay.
