Questa casa sulla spiaggia con tre camere da letto e tre bagni splendidamente arredata promette una vita facile sul lungomare per dodici persone. Situato nella comunità di Royal Sands, la casa offre due piscine condominiali condivise e accesso diretto alla spiaggia da una passerella privata da golf cart. Rilassati su uno dei tre ponti posteriori con vista sul laghetto e sulla baia o sul ponte anteriore di fronte a una delle piscine della comunità. Internet gratuito, sicuro, wireless è fornito così come Direct TV.
La cucina completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici inox è adiacente al soggiorno con tre divani. Ciò consentirà alle famiglie un sacco di spazio per guardare la TV, i film e socializzare al chiuso. Gli ospiti possono anche optare per uscire sul patio del secondo piano nelle sedie Adirondack. Due camere da letto con letti queen size e un bagno completo si trovano anche al 2 ° piano con una lavatrice e asciugatrice full-size nel ripostiglio. La master suite si trova al 3 ° piano con un letto king size e dispone di un ampio bagno con vasca e doccia, cabina armadio, TV e patio privato. Il piano inferiore offre l'area perfetta per gli altri. Ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, 1 bagno completo, solo doccia, e un accogliente soggiorno con un letto pieno e due letti singoli, TV a schermo piatto e un patio esterno con una griglia.

Great house for family and grand kids. Really enjoyed that the golf cart was included in the house rental cost. The house is nicely located across the street from the community pool. Boardwalk to the beach was very handy and close by. Great time!

Run down & dirty

The location of the property was fantastic, but the quality of the home was not up to par. The kitchen cabinets & drawers were dirty and there appeared to be droppings of sorts inside. Due to the sandy environment, we kept shoes at the door but our feet were all black which mean a very dirty floor. The property manager immediately sent a cleaning crew to address the issue, but sanitization should be a priority, especially in the current COVID environment. Additionally, the toilet seat in the main area was broken and came completely off. The beds were hard as cement. The quality for the amount of money was substandard.

Beautiful vacation home

Property was amazing !! Easy access to beach and literally right across from the pool. My favorite part had to be the balconies we had access to on each floor. Check in process was made very easy by the property management and we even got to check in early . I would definitely stay here again. Family loved it !!

Good location, needs maintenance

Good location, well-laid out house with good space but -desperate need of thorough cleaning (filthy carpets, musty smell, dirty kitchen cabinets, hand prints on walls, etc), -maintenance (rusted garage doors, pest control, chipped toilet seats) and -restocking of kitchen items (one plastic wine glass in a house that sleeps 10+, no working wine openers, etc). The 24 hour golf cart access was appreciated and very fun.

Spring break in port a

The House was fine. Nothing to fancy. The staircase leading up to the place was a little weak and could use some work and the carpet is dated. Good place for families that want to be outside enjoying the beach.

Poorly managed nice house

We needed a large house for our family to stay. There are 11 of us so our choices were few. We had a trip to Hawaii cancelled and since everyone had the time off, we decided we wanted to do a beach house together. This house was great in size and floor plan. Its 3 levels accommodated us very well. The trouble with it, is the listing is very confusing and the reviews do not make you want to rent it. My husband and I decided based on the reviews we could clean if it would accommodate our family. So I took along cleaning products and we bought a swiffer to clean the floors. Unfortunately, we definitely needed the cleaning supplies in order to bring it up to acceptable before our family arrived. We didn't get the floors done before their arrival and my grandsons feet were black from the floors. It was disgusting! I had to wash the sheets from one of the beds, because the wrinkles were sleeping wrinkles, not folded wrinkles, clearly that bed was not changed. Now for the really bad stuff. My small (adult) daughter sat on the edge of the Master bedroom bed and it collapsed. When we looked under neath the braces across the frame were ALL broken and one of the box springs were busted up. She did not do that from barely sitting on the edge. There was a paint can holding up part of the broken boards from a prior break. We called and they traded out one of the box springs and put in 4 cross boards. (on a king size bed) That night when my husband and I slept in the bed, it sagged in the middle. They hadn't put in any floor braces. So 4 small cross boards was the only thing holding up 3 mattresses. We called the next morning and my husband told them what we needed to fix it. The master faucet on the bath tub doesn't work and the managing company said the owners wont fix it. Many light bulbs were burned out, a drawer was broken and not fixed and put back in, so the contents were put on the kitchen counter. The carpet on the stairs is EXTREMELY dirty. The front door was black from mold and hands. I spent the first bit cleaning the front. With COVID being a thing, this house is not clean for a regular stay let alone a little extra for the COVID times we live in. I would only stay here if you need a large house, close walk to the beach. Otherwise I would not recommend it. Its too bad because the neighborhood is very nice, its across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. I have to end by saying, our family is not a super picky!

The only bad experience we had was cleanliness of the beds. There were pet hair on the 1 of the bedrooms comforters, and blood stain the bedsheet of another room. Location is very good, it’s close the beach

Will be back!!!

This was out first experience to Port Aransas and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything . The home accommodated all of us comfortably. We loved how close we were to the beach. The retail shops, restaurants and Pete the fishing guide at Woods were all friendly and very helpful with any questions we had. The only issue we had was the dryer not working but the office staff said we could take are clothes to the office where they had a dryer. Being we were new to the area just a suggestion would be to have a guide with list of places to eat, activities in the area, and transportation numbers other then the golf cart ( which we loved,it was fun to drive on the beach road and take to the beach and town) Thanks for the use of the home. Awesome time by all

Great Experience for the price!

We had a wonderful time with the complimentary golf cart for the first 24 hrs! Definitely a highlight of the trip since the vehicle access road is 1/2 mile down the main road. We still had a close walk. The house had a subtle musty smell, but was clean and had the appliances we needed. The master bedroom had a king bed that was very comfortable, but the queen beds were not the most comfortable. Pool was right across the driveway. Overall, we would visit again bc the price was right!

Friends and Family Beach Trip

Property was great and clean! Only suggestion is there is no pantry available for guests to use and kitchen is not big enough to account for that. Other than that all was great!
