Very cute house in a super convenient location, close to all the restaurants, shops & beach access. The pool was great to cool off in after a long beach day. Having the golf cart included was also nice. AC went out the second night and we had water leaking (pouring) out of the vent in one of the master closets. Good response time from the Life In Paradise team but had to call maintenance out several times to get it fixed. Took my husband away from an entire beach day which was a bummer (we didn't feel comfortable with people in and out while we weren't there). They never really offered any kind of compensation for the night without AC or the inconvenience. One of the maintenance guys mentioned they had been out a few weeks before for the same issue- seems like maybe an ongoing problem. But that was the second day and we didn't have any other issues the rest of the week. Fully stocked kitchen was very nice. Just about every thing you could need. Overall, really liked the place. For what we paid I would have appreciated someone reaching back out regarding the issue with the AC - to simply apologize and/or ensure there were no further issues. But no one ever did.

Perfect!

The house is in a great location and the golf cart is a big plus (they are pretty expensive to rent). Rooms were large and all but 2 (the bunk room and the king room across the hall) have a private bath. One room is located downstairs (staircase is inside the house) and has a door to the exterior. We didn't realize this when booking. Kitchen is well stocked with a huge pantry. The kitchen does have a dishwasher but it could use a dish drying rack and some additional kitchen towels (there were only 2). We left a drying mat and some towels we bought at the Dollar Store.
