Unità di Sandpiper Condominium 605 è un 3 Camera / 2 ½ bagno condominio al 6 ° piano. Questa unità si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico e le bellissime spiagge di Port Aransas! Recentemente ristrutturato, l'Unità 605 è una scelta eccellente per il noleggio in qualsiasi momento dell'anno.

605 è una unità arredate con gusto e stile. La cucina è assolutamente stupenda con nuovi armadi e ripiani in granito abbagliante. Nella zona soggiorno e pranzo, gli arredi sono confortevoli e invitante per i giochi da tavolo la sera, cene, o un film sul 46 "a schermo piatto e lettore DVD. La mobilia del patio è alto in modo da poter vedere oltre il balcone e gustare la nostra vista mare senza ostacoli.

La Master Suite ha un letto king size e una vista alla spiaggia attraverso il proprio porta del balcone. C'è una sedia comoda per sedersi e leggere, mentre lo sguardo verso le tranquille acque blu. Per il vostro relax personale, c'è un giocatore da 42 "a schermo piatto e DVD. Ci sono ampi arredi così si può disfare le vostre cose e sentirsi come a casa! In allegato è la maiolica, cabina doccia che ha un soffione doccia estraibile e scaffalature per tutti i vostri articoli da toeletta.

Nella seconda camera da letto c'è un re size con un 32 "TV a schermo piatto, mentre la terza camera ha 2 letti queen size con un 42" a schermo piatto e lettore DVD piatta. Entrambe le camere hanno armadi pieni di dimensioni così i vostri ospiti possono anche mettere le loro cose via e sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il bagno per gli ospiti ha una doccia piastrellata con una vasca piena di dimensioni.

Fantastic!

It was simply great. Plenty of living room & dining space, balcony was wonderful & views of the ocean were perfect, nice bedrooms with great beds for couples, big kitchen (open & bright), close & easy access to the beach, free use of beach furniture from the Sandpiper (that is very rare anywhere), pool & hot tub are great, outside area for hanging out, grilling & enjoying sunsets is stellar. AND - they are doing renovations, so it will stay wonderful. We'll go again.

This is a beautiful property with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The property was clean and well stocked with bath and beach towels. This was very convenient. The property is also located close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Frustrating from start to finish

I would like to start by saying the property manager/management was horrible. When I booked my stay my card went through on VRBO, but I immediately began getting phone calls from the sandpiper facility saying that there was an error with my card. When I went into my banking app I saw that VRBO processed but my bank was declining the “one night” charge from the sandpiper. (I was in Florida at Disney so I figured my bank was suspicious of charges in different places.) This occurred on the Friday before my stay, I tried calling my bank but they were closed on the weekend and when I explained that to the sandpiper they continued to try to run the card and called me numerous times that weekend. I told them I would talk with my bank on Monday. On Monday I spoke with my bank and they processed the charge. I decided to call the sandpiper and ask them to charge the full amount for my stay because the following weekend was a holiday weekend and I didn’t want any issues upon arrival. They said that was not their policy and they could not do that. When I arrived Friday night (very late around 11:30 pm) my card was declined again and I asked if they had another way to process the card instead of just inputting it into the computer. (Like a chip reader.) They said they would figure it out in the morning. The next morning I noticed the overall lack of cleanliness in the unit. The countertops in the kitchen were dirty. The plant in the master bedroom had leaves all behind the chair and the sunshade cords were wrapped up in the plant. The living room TV was not working and the half bathroom toilet was not flushing. They ended up removing a TV from one of the bedrooms and putting it in the living room. I went down stairs to settle up the account and found that I could not reach anyone at my bank and showed them that it was not a lack of funds, but exactly what my concerns were before arriving. What followed was a constant barrage of phone calls which ended with the manager accusing me of not going to the ATM each day and withdrawing funds (which my bank also caps at $300 per day) then they finally attempted to charge half of the amount which went through. It was entirely insulting and while I understand their need to have the account settled, I am not a thief and have had many wonderful vacations through VRBO with no issues. The manager was extremely rude and instead of being understanding was accusatory. Do NOT recommend.
