Welcome to #805 at the premier Sandpiper Condominiums with its recent total remodeled living area, 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The view from full length windows from the living room and master bedroom allows you to see the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The beach front property allows you to enjoy the beach for play, fun or just relaxation.

The tasteful living room has an L shaped sofa with a fold out bed for 2 beds for a total guest count of 8. Two comfortable chairs adjacent to the sofa allows all guests to watch your favorite TV shows or sports teams from the 75" television.

You and your guests can enjoy a meal under a stunning coral chandelier at a table that easily sits 8. The large kitchen with the beautiful granite countertop allows the cook of your group plenty of space and tools including a Keurig coffeemaker to prepare any meal or drink of your choice. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a convenient 1/2 bath.

The master bedroom has a separate sliding door to the balcony for one to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The luxurious king-sized engraved bed has a stunning back drop of a teal accent wall. A 55" wall mounted TV allows you to view your preferred TV series from the bed or a comfortable chair. The master bath has a walk-in shower and a large granite vanity with plenty of storage for your toiletries.

The 2 guest bedrooms decorated in the colors of the sea and sun have a king-sized bed with a 55" TV and a queen-sized bed, respectively. A separate full bathroom supports these 2 bedrooms with a walk-in shower and a 2-sink vanity area. Each bedroom has a closet and dressers for plenty of storage.

Condo is exactly as described/ pictured and the view is truly spectacular!! Beds and furniture are comfy cozy and all of us slept so sound. Easy trip to Port A or Corpus Christi! Front desk at the Sandpiper is very helpful and and check in/ out process was easy! Would Highly recommend this condo and will stay again! Thank you!!

Sisters

Three sisters meeting for an annual stay at the beach. One from Corpus Christi, one from Austin, one from Seattle. Other than the 45 mile/hour wind the first day, it was a fabulous stay. We decided this would be the condo to come back to next year. Thank you

Beautiful condo on Mustang Beach

Gorgeous, spacious condo and views that can’t be beat..... albeit a bit farther away from Port Aransas than I was expecting. Golf carts cannot travel that far so our plans had to modified a little bit. This isn’t the owners fault of course. We enjoyed the smart tv in the living room at night, but never seemed to be able to get the other tv’s to work. The kitchen was a tad less appointed that we’re accustomed to. For instance, no salt or pepper shakers. Maybe this is due to Covid though. I think a few complimentary Keurig cups would have been a nice touch. We were hoping to find some family board games in the condo, but there weren’t any. We drove into Corpus the first night we were there to buy some from HEB. These minor complaints did not ruin our stay by any means.... We all had an incredible stay and didn’t want to leave.

College Tour

It was fantastic! We went to tour Texas A&M, Corpus and the condo was conveniently located relatively close to the campus. Loved the beach view and the condo was nice and roomy.

Great time on the beach!!!

The listing was misleading! Once we got to our weekend stay and opened the door, WOW! It was much better than we had expected. The view was amazing. Once settled in, all we could think of was how are we going to leave? We had our two children, and their spouses stay with us (6 people total). More than enough room. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at in the lobby were more that helpful. The beach is less than a minute walk down a new board walk away. We cannot wait to have this experience again.

Perfect Getaway

The property was just what we needed to wine down and relax. The view was amazing, and the condo was super clean and made us feel safe.
