"Sea Anemone" BELLISSIMA, SPAZIOSA CITTA 'CENTRALMENTE SITUATA SULL'ISOLA

Questa spaziosa casa di città a 2 piani è perfetta per famiglie numerose o gruppi. Ci sono 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni in totale. 1 camera da letto con un letto king size e 1 bagno completo con cabina doccia sono comodamente al 1 ° piano. Le altre 2 camere da letto e il bagno sono al 2 ° piano. Una delle camere da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, mentre l'altra ha una regina E un letto full size! Il soggiorno ha una grande sezione con un sacco di posti a sedere e una credenza regina, letto di schiuma di memoria. Tutte le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. La cucina è completamente attrezzata con tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. La piscina ha un materassino per bambini e una piscina più grande. Intorno alla zona della piscina sono presenti pozzi e tavoli BBq. Questo posto è solo un breve 3 - 5 minuti in auto dalla spiaggia e Schlitterbahn ma è a poca distanza a piedi da alcuni ristoranti e altre attività commerciali (proprio sull'altro lato della recinzione intorno all'area della piscina). Si tratta di una unità di fine con finestre supplementari e 2 posti auto riservati e posto aggiuntivo ospite appena fuori dalla porta anteriore. TV a schermo piatto sono in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno. Internet e via cavo sono forniti.

We really liked the property, and the owners were so helpful when we needed to change dates etc. we spoke to her personally and she was warm and welcoming. We were very appreciative that we were able to make the changes needed and liked the location. The home was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Overall our stay was very good. However there was one thing that made me question the cleanliness of the location. When we first arrived to the house all of the small children took off their shoes and played with each other for about an hour. Their feet were black with dirt from running around in the floor barefoot. It made me wonder if the floors were so dirty what else was. Hopefully it was just the floor other than that everything else was nice.

This was a great property for our family stay. Great location from beach access with 5 minute drive. Splash pool was a hit as well. Beds were comfortable. We absolutely would repeat our stay again.

The place was decent but missing a few items and not the best upkeep. Beds weren't the most comfortable and TV remotes were not all working. Overall, decent stay but didn't feel like it offered value for money.

From booking our stay back in January to today July 24th being our last day this home was comfy home away from home. Randy was great with getting information about the check in/out process the week prior to our stay, as well as when we arrived we couldn't get the wifi to connect and Randy called as soon as he was free to do so and got us linked. The property was super home-y and was within a short drive to alot of local tourist attractions. The Selena museum was everything I hoped it to be, the Texas State aquarium was a blast for the whole family. Thank you Randy for an amazing stay.

Check in was easy. Everything we needed was in the home. Super cute decor and plenty of space for 5 adults and five kids. Kitchen had everything we needed. Wifi was great. The water pressure was amazing. Close to everything! Randy was super responsive when I sent messages. We truly felt at home and everyone had a blast. Thank you guys so much!

Nice condo with comfy beds and good A/c. The pool was heated on the day we checked in which was nice. Good pool and playground for kids. Right down the street from the beach. Would definitely book again.

My group and I really enjoyed staying at Randy's listing. The booking and check in process was super easy & we had no problem reaching Randy for help. The area has a 6ft adult pool thats not pictured and that area was super chill and relaxing to hang out at after the beach. The place could have used some trash bags but good thing we brought our own. Everything else was clean and ready when we got there. Great rental that accomodates a large group, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised that the house was more spacious than it seemed from the pictures. Had a wonderful time at the beach, only a short drive from this property. There wasn’t enough toilet paper or trash bags, luckily we brought some with us.

This was the perfect house for our family get together of 5 adults to play games, relax on multiple beaches all within 10 minutes of the house then come back and cool off in a great pool we almost always had to ourselves. Would be great for kids, too.
