L'unità 1003 di Seagull Condominiums è un appartamento al decimo piano con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completamente ristrutturato e contemporaneo situato sull'isola di Mustang. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e un bagno privato annesso con cabina doccia. La seconda camera ha 2 letti matrimoniali. La cucina completamente attrezzata aperta e recentemente ristrutturata ha elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e armadi in acero. È perfetto per cucinare il tuo pescato speciale da una qualsiasi delle avventure di pesca di Port Aransas. Ci sono ventilatori a soffitto e TV a schermo piatto e lettori DVD in entrambe le camere da letto e il soggiorno. Piastrelle in tutte le zone giorno e bagni, moquette nelle camere da letto. Goditi la vista del Golfo del Messico dal soggiorno o siediti nel patio e ascolta le onde che si infrangono. Questo condominio può ospitare 6. Great Condo!

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo, close to Port Aransas and Corpus Christi. Large pool and great views of the water. Pool area had lots of seating and grilling options. You may need to plan to grab some basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, and oils but there is a store close by. Also, go to MacDaddy's Family Kitchen for BBQ during your stay!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condominium. Ocean view was amazing, from the balcony. The beach wasn't overly busy at this time in the season. It was a really great time!

Beautiful view!

We loved waking up and watching the sunrise over the ocean. The staff was very friendly. The kitchen had anything that you could need and the patio had enough seating for all 4 of us.

Elegant ocean front condo

Beautiful decor & comfort. We had a wonderful vacation here. Loved sitting on deck listening to the ocean waves & watching the beach. Well supplied kitchen. Lovely conversation area. Nice sleep on good mattresses. Sparkling clean. Friendly staff. Enjoyed multiple sitting areas & pool/hot tub. Also - thanks Seagull Properties for availabile beach chairs too!

This unit is decorated very nicely and was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And of course, the view was spectacular! We will definitely rent here again.

Awesome view and proximity to the water. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the location. If you are looking to be in the middle of the action, it is a only short drive. We loved the high end finishes. Beds were comfortable. We did not want to leave!

Cleanliness was an issue.

Depending on what you're looking for on your trip, this condo may or may not be a good spot location-wise. The condo is right in the middle of the strip. This is great if you're looking for a quiet, low key beach trip. If you're looking to be near the action, restaurants, bars, etc.....you're going to have to drive about 10-15 minutes in either direction. For us, we just enjoyed the low key trip and spent a ton of time on the beach. The beach is super easy to access, and not super crowded, even on the weekend. The condo was well stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and restrooms. Staff also come by daily in case you're in need of fresh towels and linens. My major gripe is the cleanliness of the room. I understand that this is a beach condo and sand will be in places, but it was EVERYWHERE! This wouldn't have been such a problem if it was just the floor, but sand was in the beds, in the sinks, and on the counter tops. There was hair in bed sheets, in the toilets, and you could tell the toilets were not clean based on the urine and pubic hairs on the rim. The biggest issue I take with this is that in COVID times I have no confidence that the room was adequately cleaned for the safety of my family and that is ultimately why I rated this a three stars.

Beautiful

Condo, amenities, view, and location A all the way. Only thing that could bring it to an A+ would be some proper bedding. Seems to have queen/king size throws on beds versus comforters, I’m assuming so property staff can easily launder. If you’re driving, pack a duvet per bed, or consider purchasing cheap bed in a bag that you could donate after vacation. Current blankets are similar to sleeping under a couple sheets.

Very nice condo

Everything was very nice. I can only really say I have one complaint. The pictures show comforters on the beds but there was only a thin blanket and a sheet so it was kind of cold at night. Otherwise it was perfect. I would stay in this unit again over and over.

Sea Gull Condo #1003 was perfect for our brief getaway! It was right on the beach with great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean with wonderful decor. The place was perfect to relax with friends and we enjoyed walks on the beach and swimming in the outdoor pool. Look forward to returning soon!
