I think the condo was was decorated nicely and it seemed clean. I would definitely clean the door where the air-conditioning and heater are. We did not have any paper towel in our room when we got there.

While we enjoyed the accommodations, the view, beach access, cleanliness, and everything offered by this place, they said there was WiFi but there was NO SIGNAL. We missed calls from doctors offices, financial advisors, and our kids and were unable to return calls. We couldn’t use Google to find rules for card games, or look up dining, or check the weather. We felt isolated without modern technology provided in this day & time. It will prevent us from staying here again or recommending it to others. Thank goodness we didn’t convince our son to join us when we said “you work from home—work from the condo at the beach!” He would have failed!!

Lovely condo, nice amenities, very clean. Master shower is wondrous. Beach toys and chairs appreciated. Suggestions: shoe tray in entry and broom/dustpan to help with sand. Would stay here again. Thanks!

Very Disappointed! Stay at the Sand Piper instead

We’ve been coming here for 15 years and we come because of the convenience of the beach and the views of the beach AND the use of their canopies, loungers and staff. This is the first time I will say, I wish we would have stayed at Sand Piper or Mustang Towers. The first day we were there when 8 AM hit we asked about the canopies and loungers, we had so many different stories through out the day. It was raining and the tide was high in the morning which is what management said, but also the kids that were suppose to set up had not even arrived yet, according to the front office staff. When it looked to clear up at noon I asked one of the teen staff members if they were going to be able to set up now that it’s clearing and without eye contact he yelled “No!” At 1 PM it was beautiful, the tide had gone down and the rain cleared, other establishments had their canopies and loungers out but ours did not. I asked a staff member at 2:30 and he told me he’s off the clock and management said she didn’t want to mess with it. Day 2 we asked maintenance as they came down around 8:30 AM as it was already beautiful and it wasn’t until 11 because so many unhappy guest again pointed out other establishments were doing it for their guest they began to set them out. One of the reasons we like to come here is for convenience of us not having to bring our own. We will be going somewhere else in the future!

Pictures do not do it justice! Bed super comfy,master shower was amazing! Great view of the ocean. Pool was very nice and clean.highlly recommend.

If You Got the Funds, You Can Stay a While

The condo was impressive right from the get go. While my brother and I were only there for 2 nights, it became clear that one could spend weeks here if money was no object. We were particularly impressed with the # of pots and pans, as well as the luxury shower and the large screen tv. It seems like it would be an apt place in the summer to have a small family reunion or a beach vacation with friends. The lodgings met every need that came up for the two of us and, on top of it all, it had an impressive visual flair to boot. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful place with amazing views

Gorgeous place, with amazing views. Place wasn't quite ready at check in time but a short 30 minutes later we were in and enjoying those amazing views. Rooms and furniture are comfortable. Would definitely visit again.

Family getaway

We had a wonderful experience. The location and pool were huge hits with our 4 and 8 year olds. The condo is very well taken care of and had everything we needed. We will be back again! Only feedback beyond the unit would be for the beachfront. It wasn’t very clean and maintained as there was seaweed and jellyfish everywhere. When the wind died down there were a ton of gnats out which forced most guests to the pool. We spent the majority of our beach time at Whitecap and our pool time at the resort.

The condo is beautiful with a great balcony view. It was so nice to walk right out to the beach and up up to our room. FYI, if you are a coffee drinker just make sure and bring some.

Nice, fully equipped kitchen. Spectacular view. Excellent pool and service. Propane grills available, as is laundry. Beautiful Oceanfront

Loved the retractable sliding glass doors in the great room! The ocean breezes and sound of the waves were wonderful! The reclining chairs with this view was worth the trip! No neighbors to look at either!! Perfect!

Breathtaking View

Beautiful condo with amazing view of the gulf. All the beds are very comfortable. Staff were very professional and the property is clean and well managed. Minor maintenance issue was taken care of promptly. Definitely looking forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful condo

Very nice condo with amazing view! Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Great heated pool. Short walk to the beach. About an 10 minute drive to the town of Port A. Wonderful place to stay!

Gorgeous condo with an exceptional view

You can tell this property is loved by the owners. No expense spared! The granite, appliances and furniture were all excellent. Brought two small issues up to the property managers and hopefully that will be taken care of.
