Wonderful place to stay!

The owner has thought of every little detail. Nightlights check, extra fan in the bedroom check, first aid kit check.....this place is perfect. Cant wait to stay again!

Great place

This is a very clean and nice place to stay. Great for the price, has everything you need in the kitchen. All the toiletries you need/forgot and I was pleasantly surprised that there was also a small first aide kit. A few minor things to point out is there is no chain for the front door interior but the mngr does provide the added security item you will need. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the unit in the dark and the parking lot needs some TLC. I would stay here again and am glad I was able to secure this unit last minute.

Comfort

It has a comfortable bed. Very clean. Easy drive to Port Aransas for the Sandfest on the beach. Found nice places to eat near by.

Working with realtor

Rental was great and very clean. Unit had any accessories you would need and the bed was very comfortable. The only problem was the people upstairs. I do not think they ever slept and we thought they were moving furniture all night or bowling!!! The unit is very nice and we were only there in the night and left early morning. Our son lives on the island and spent most of the daytime with them. The property manager got with us as soon as we arrived and gave us her number to call. As far as the unit we had no problems and was very impressed with it. Definitely a diamond in the ruff!

Quiet

Me and my dog had a great time. Some good r&r. The place was perfect for us. Very quiet and peasant area. Owner was in contact quickly when a message was sent. Would definitely stay again.

Overall good

We had a hard time to find the place. No coffee maker. Not used to the new coffee maker. But everything else was good. Need new Beach chairs. One of chair was broken. Thank you 👍😊.

First time snow-birding

Michelle was very easy to work with and answered questions quickly during booking process. We felt the place is like a little gem tucked away from the “busyness” of Corpus. Felt very safe. And remarkably quiet. Easy access to expressway and restaurants. We’ve learned on our travels this time even though places advertise pet friendly they are just pet tolerant. Not Michelle!!! She is definitely pet friendly and it helped make our stay “a home away from home” for us and Bubba the dog. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Location was perfect to the college, communication was great, everything we needed and more was provided. This is a great, quiet little apartment. Parking was a little tight for a large vehicle, and would have loved a king size bed, but other than that, it worked out perfect. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful

My dog and I stayed here for a few days. It was great! Michele was easy and awesome to work with. Condo was clean and had extra supplies if needed. It was a nice get away for a few days. It was a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Michele for everything!

Would stay here again

Very clean and well appointed with lots of thought given to details and small touches. The pool is very small and was extremely overcrowded during our stay. The complex is recovering cosmetically from hurricane damage. If you want a very cozy, clean and comfortable unit with easy access to the island and bay and excellent hosts, this is the place. If you want a well kept, tidy and comfortable homebase from which to launch your beach, fishing or other coastal activities this is it! We look forward to our next stay. Very dog friendly and accommodating. A+++

In the apartment: Every item in this apartment was so well thought out, from the dog dishes, dog crate to the beach towels, sun block, quality dark roasted coffee. Decor of the apartment: Appreciate the poster frames with texts that lightened up and loosened us up during our stay. :) Location: it's near to the beautiful beaches Communication with Michele: responsive and detailed and transparent about our stay. A trip we won’t soon forget

Our stay at Seaside Villa was from February 1 to April 10, 2020. The condo met all of our needs of two people. Our dog, Cooper was welcome, also. The kitchen and bath were beautifully stocked with all the essentials. Small appliances such as coffee maker, hot water pot, crock pot and even a hand mixer were provided. The bathroom was stocked with all the essentials one needed before going to the store. The bed was very comfortable and owner, Michelle, laundered the sheets and towels on a weekly basis, and would have provided anything we might have asked for. The condo was immaculate. Michele upgraded the satellite provider to exclude ESPN so we basketball crazy Hoosiers could watch the NCAA Big Dance. We were here to explore the area so the condo was right in the middle of the beaches of Padre and Mustang Island and the shoreline parks of downtown Corpus Christi. The Hal and Pat Sutter Nature Preserve is across the street and provided many walks and birds to see. Many good restaurants are in the area plus good shopping. I enjoyed the three quilt stores, the flea markets and thrift/antique stores that were nearby. We were able to visit King Ranch, the USS Lexington, Corpus Christi Botanical Gardens, the harbor and ferries of Port Aransas. There are many other things to see but the Coronavirus hit and we became limited as to what we could do. That’s when the great beaches and parks were our daily excursions. Padre Island National Seashore a treasure to visit. With the virus, Michele went into teacher/ parent mode and somehow found PPE and cleaning supplies as we had nothing. I would recommend this condo and its owner to all. It worked well for our long term stay.

The Heart of Corpus Christi

Close and convenient to drive to the beach, or Whataburger Baseball Field, or anywhere in Corpus! Very clean, convenient, ground level, with a lovely swimming pool nearby. Our host was very clear with instructions about the place, was quick to respond to my questions, and even had extremely thoughtful "extras" ready for us: coffee, breakfast foods, even dog dishes and toys left out for our pup. It was such a nice welcome! The place had everything you might need- the host left "in case you forgot" items which we didn't need, but was such a nice extra touch. The bed is comfortable! The kitchen well supplied. We stayed mid-week and it was quiet all day and night. Just wish we could have stayed longer. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great bed for a great nights sleep

This is a condo in an established property. Michele is an excellent host. There were a couple minor issues she took care of personally. The furniture looks new and kitchen is well stocked for cooking in the condo. Parking is provided on site but if you have mobility concerns you may want to stay elsewhere. The parking lot is pitted and would not be friendly for a wheelchair or walker. The pool is very close and was clean and well maintained. This is an excellent value for the cost. But this is not beachfront property. Which is fine, there are walking paths nearby for a nature walk and I found the location to be convenient.

Convenient, clean and comfortable

This condo is within driving distance to everything you could want or need to do. It is very clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The host was super helpful. I will return.
