La Playita MR130 is an adorable beach house located in the Mustang Royal subdivision. This vibrant home invites you to your own personal oasis. Upon entering the house you’ll find an open floor plan with a living area, dining area and full kitchen. There is the king bedroom and bath located on main floor. On the second floor, there are two large bedrooms with attached bathrooms. One, with two queen size beds, the second with two bunks, twin over full. La Playita has a beautiful wraparound balcony that overlooks the yard which is also great for bird watching around the pond. The wonderful outdoor space is great for entertaining the whole group, complete with backyard games, a picnic table, and a charcoal grill to cook your catch of the day!
