Welcome to a three-story coastal retreat with striking tower, professionally designed by Chris Beach of Decorum, nestled in the heart of Cinnamon Shore South! Blue-and-white sophistication defines living spaces at this spacious home, part of a seaside village with easy beach access, luxe pools, and serene lakes. A third-floor balcony boasts panoramic community views and Gulf glimpses!

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second-floor main living area welcomes you with an impressive open-concept design featuring beachy, blue-and-white window treatments, whimsical artwork, and touches of wicker. A large, sectional sofa invites everyone to pile on for perfect family gatherings! The adjacent kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and stand-alone ice maker, perfect for communal cooking. Four bar stools offer seating at the island, while a round dining table with six wicker chairs hosts game night or meals. A charming powder room with designer wallpaper adds convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING: The primary second-floor balcony extends living space, offering a gas grill, outdoor dining, and stylish outdoor seating. Enjoy picturesque views of the community and peeks of vast South Town Lake! A separate side balcony lounge offers another place to relax with a book or a glass of wine. Downstairs, front and side patios offer community vistas and lead you toward lakefront, walking paths, and a dune crossover to the beach!

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Multiple king suites and bunk areas help you host a crowd! A first-floor king suite with plush bedding and driftwood accents offers a tranquil retreat along with a glamorous private bathroom featuring spacious glass-front shower. Down the hall in a beachy bunkroom suite, built-in bunks surround a central living space with sofas and TV. The connected, aqua-tiled bathroom offers bunkmates a choice: a bath or shower after beach time! For younger children, there is also a Pack N' Play available for guest use. Upstairs, the luxe, primary suite centers on a four-poster king bed, while a serene lounge area overlooks the community and the bathroom presents a double vanity and double fixtures in the glass-in shower. On the third floor, another designer king suite includes a nook with twin bunk beds, an inviting lounge area, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and doubled heads in the shower. Finally, a queen bedroom decorated in soothing blues features a reading lounge, lovely ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and an enviable balcony with views toward community, lake, and Gulf!

GREAT FEATURES: An outdoor shower keeps sand at bay upon return from the beach. A reading nook under the stairwell provides a bonus spot to curl up. And a convenient laundry room with counters and extra cabinetry helps you keep beach towels fresh.

I did not want to leave. We stayed there for five nights with a group of 12 all over the age of 18. There was plenty of room for everyone. The place was clean and organized. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The front balcony had a nice breeze. Plenty of parking, which is awesome since we had a lot of cars in our group. Having an ice machine in the kitchen was definitely a bonus. In addition to the house, all of the staff at Cinnamon Shores was super polite and helpful. At one point we needed some more toilet paper and they had it there within half an hour.
