Great view, easy access to beach. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and host was very responsive. A few cons-Kitchen table is quite wobbly, key pad was not working, and we would have appreciated being able to watch more than a few basic channels in the bedroom. Easy fixes. Overall we had a great stay.

Paradise by the water

The is the second time we've stayed at this lovely condo and is the only one we stay at when visiting Port Aransas. It's clean and close to a number of restaurants as well as a grocery store. Collin is the perfect host as he checks in on you to ensure everything meets your expectations as well as wanting to know if there's anything else you may need. If you're looking to relax with a cup of coffee or an adult beverage while enjoying the wonderful breeze from your balcony then you'll definitely want to stay here. Everything you may want is at your disposal, so give it a try and enjoy the beach as it's just a few steps away, as well as a pool. A plus as our eight-year grandson loves it!Thank-you Collin, for making our stay enjoyable!

Family visit

This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Location is great for seeing local family and we love being by the water. Collin is excellent at communicating and we all have always enjoyed our stay. We are planning our next visit and plan to stay at the same place when we do. Our daughter loves this place. She has been here at age 5 and 7. Just perfect.

One of the best!

Great communication, clean and beautiful location. This condo has all the comforts of home and in a great location. I typically stay a week every summer in Port Aransas and this will be my first choice for availability from now on.

Perfect location!

Excellent location, just steps to the boardwalk for the beach. Cute little pool for the kids to dip into after the beach. Very clean. Perfect place to stay, will definitely stay here again!

Friends get away.

Me and 3 friends went. The Condo was nicer than even the pictures could show, and offered all you could ask for from washer and dryer to a fully supplied kitchen. It was clean, it was much larger than expected, and the location was phenomenal. Collin was in constant communication from the start, and during our stay he was available 24 hours a day. His stellar communication and the quality of the property guarantees we will back!

Exceeded expectations!

We loved staying at this property and will definitely be staying here again. The condo was MUCH larger than I expected and the location was perfect - close enough to the center of town, without being in the middle of the busyness. The access to the beach was right next to the building, which made getting to the beach easy! Overall, we loved our stay and would HIGHLY recommend this property to anyone going to Port A.

Perfect stay with family

We loved being so close to the water with having a 3yo and 1yo. Very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds and linens. If I were to pick apart anything it would be to have darkening shades or curtains in the rooms. We were able to darken with some blankets in the smaller room for the kids. We would love to come back and stay again.

perfect apartment with an amazing view

this location was over the top perfect. we love going to Port Aransas and this property is a little secluded from the masses of visitors and feels more private than other locations. you can walk to the beach from the apartment in less than three minutes. the apartment was very clean and up to date. the beds and couches were very comfortable. the decorations were nice. I will definitely try to stay here again at the end of the season if it is not already booked.

Great stay at Port A

This was a great property to enjoy a beach view as well as all the things to do at Port Aransas. The property was a described. Very spacious for my friends and me. The remodel is very nice. Waking up to have coffee in the balcony and listening to the ocean and the birds was fantastic! Collin was very helpful in his welcome packet and during the check in process!

Great property and location

My daughter and her friend wanted to spend Spring Break in Port Aransas. We stayed 3 nights and the weather was not the best. Colin's place definitely made up for the poor weather. Updated throughout with an amazing beachfront view. Very clean and pleasantly decorated....beds were comfortable.....easy parking. Check in was easy....Colin texted the next morning to make sure everything was ok. Location was perfect...very close to center of town. I definitely will book again and highly recommend to anyone searching for a Port Aransas beach location.

Perfect laid back location

I really liked our condo. It was very clean and the location was excellent. Right on a quieter part of the beach and walking distance to Coffee Waves coffee shop. The balcony had a gorgeous view of the ocean which was great when it was too cold to actually go to the beach. I loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a smart TVs so we could watch all our favorite things. There are two pools, one is heated which came in handy on the chillier days. I do wish the pool got a bit warmer or that there was a hot tub too. All in all this is a great place to stay and we will definitely come again!
