Bay Tree C2 is a spacious studio condo located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. This condo has the best views in Old Town! Comfortably sleeps 4 with queen size bed and full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the Intracoastal ship channel. This would be a front row seat to watch the 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks from the top balcony!
