The pool will not be heated starting December 1 through March 1. Located at Pathway to the Sea - one of the top locations on the Island with a private pathway to Whitecap Beach. Modern and Updated, two bedroom, two bathroom condo has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area.
The Lookout puts you right on top of all the shoreline action as well as the best dining options of the Island!

The space

Amazing resort pool with plenty of lounging space. Shallow areas for the kids! Just steps away from a huge Covered Gazebo with restrooms, picnic tables, gas grill and lots of countertop space! Pool is heated in fall/winter!

Great place! Loved walking to beach for sunrise. Kitchen well equipped for cooking. Loved sitting on the deck. Everything was very comfortable. Host was very accommodating. Perfect for our stay.

Absolutely fantastic

The condo was clean and well-equipped. The beds were very comfortable (always a big IF with rentals!), the kitchen had actual utensils and tools that normal people would use to cook/eat with, and the space was overall fantastic. Scotty was an excellent communicator, there were no surprises nor problems, and we’ll be back in the future.

Whitecap Beach

Room was very clean. Everything worked and anything you could possibly need to cook a meal is available. The few questions I had Scotty was quick to reply. He is kind and willing to help if needed. I will definitely stay here again.

Spring break trip

Everything went very smooth. The prop manager, Scott, was great. Very easy and timely to communicate with through text. Even helped us add an additional night on when our wknd plans changed. The pool area and grills were perfect to come back to after being at the beach all day to relax and make dinner. We had a great time!

Great Place

Condo was perfect for me and my husband. Nice and clean and plenty of space to relax. Lots of storage and the washer/dryer was a great benefit. Easy check in and check out, and Scotty reached out several times to make sure we were doing ok and to see if we needed anything. Nice relaxing pool area and we enjoyed using the gas grills. A short 3 minute walk and we were right on the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Scott is an excellent property manager

From booking to checking in to departure, Scott communicated extremely well and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The property was excellent and furnished to a good standard. Super views from the balcony. Great location, conveniently within walking distance of Whitecap Beach. Nice pool and although we didn’t take advantage, several high quality grills for guests to use in a covered patio area with seating. Would definitely return.

Mini Vacay before school started

This was such an amazing property for our stay. The location was such in a great spot and so close to the beach- quick drive or short walk to the beach. Everything inside the property was cleaned and just so nice! My daughters enjoyed the bunk bed and the TV in the room. Double sinks in the guest bathroom were a game changer especially when getting ready. The owner reached out to ensure I was all set for the trip. I would highly recommend this property to make your Padre vacation a great one! My daughters are asking when we can go back!
