Our downtown neighborhood reflects the vibrant, diverse, and authentic character of inner-city living. It is home to a wide range of cultures, lifestyles, and energy. If you prefer a quiet, suburban, or uniform environment, this may not be the best fit.

Due to our central location near downtown, the hospital, police station, and fire station, you may occasionally hear city sounds such as sirens or foot traffic. These are part of life in a lively urban area. Rest assured, the studio itself is a cozy and fully equipped space where you can unwind, cook meals, and stream your favorite shows after a day out.

Because of our coastal climate and humidity, routine pest control is performed in all units. While we take every precaution, occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitoes, ants, or other pests may occur. If you notice anything, please notify us immediately so our pest control team can address it promptly.

🐾 Friendly Heads-Up for Extended Stays & Pets
🧼 Mid-Stay Cleaning: Stays over 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning (same cost as the standard cleaning fee), requested after booking via Airbnb’s Resolution Center.
🐶 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $120 per pet / per stay fee applies, with a maximum of 2 pets. All pets must be added to your reservation.
Airbnb does not allow these fees to be included in the nightly rate, so applicable requests will be sent using the “Change Reservation” tool after booking.

PRESANA HOMES PET POLICY
We love animals here at our property and we'd love to have your pet stay with us too! To ensure a safe and happy visit for everyone, please follow these guidelines:
· A $120/stay pet fee per pet, must be paid prior to your stay via Airbnb resolution request. If not paid within 1 hour of booking, your stay may be cancelled.
· We can accommodate either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs).
· Pets must be kenneled and house trained.
· All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the home.
· Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste in our garbage receptacles outside of the home.
· Pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
· Guests are responsible for any damages or injury caused by their animals.
· Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid.

Please note that these items are intended to get you started — any additional supplies beyond the starter pack are the guest’s responsibility unless your stay is 14 days or longer, in which case we may offer a mid-stay replenishment.
