- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- A 30-night minimum stay is required.
- There is a shared driveway, swimming pool and gas grill. The owners have a home on the property and are there from time to time.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $100.00+tax, per pet, per month. Two pets weighing a maximum of 30lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
Shared swimming pool and gas grill. The owners have an adjacent home on the property and are present from time to time.
