“Your manager Jonathan was great! He tried his best to accommodate us especially after we were given a room extremely small for our 6 night stay. The next room he gave us was a tiny bit better but still extremely small. In any case, the rooms are dark as well. The light on the complex is compromised and on the last day we had NO LIGHT OR AIR CONDITION. No one communicated any updates with us ( only the one sent out to everyone on the complex asking to turn things down). The wild life can be...

“The ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms. We reported it. We were told it was fixed and it was not. There was obvious evidence of leaking ceilings in the villa. The internet worked only in the living room. The ice machine didn't work in the fridge. The showers spray on the floor if you don't turn it to the wall (no curtains).”

“The only complain was the TV/Entertainment at the the room, because it’s obsolete, without internet or even HDMI connection. Overall was a good stay but it will be nicer if Netflix, Disney or any other smart TV features were available.”
