“The room was beautiful and well appointed, staff was very friendly, and the rooftop pool was heated so great for a winter dip. Onsite secure parking is a big plus, as we always rent a car when visiting the area. Location was great- right on the square, close enough to all of our favorite restaurants but away from noisy bars a few streets away which were problematic in past visits to San Jose. “We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. ”
