“I actually hesitated posting it because I almost want to keep this gem a secret :) Checkin was smooth. We arrived at about 3 pm and were able to get into our room right away. The booking site said every room has a balcony. We were put on the ground floor (obviously no balcony lol) I booked garden view by accident 😂. The room was a bit tired but lovely. Due to some unusual circumstances we were moved to a room with a balcony. It is worth the upgrade if you are pondering. The restaurants...

One annoyance - people "claim" the lounge chairs by the pool, and leave the pool area - so there is nowhere to lie down even though most of the lounge chairs are empty! ”

“Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños ”

“Beautiful resort. Consistent excellent food. The resort is very quiet, no music and by 8:30 it is a ghost town so be aware. Aside from the incredible views, food and drinks it is the staff that set this resort apart. When I arrived I was told, “Welcome home”. I do not want to leave anyone out because EVERY SINGLE STAFF member was exceptional. From our housekeeping to barrista to waiters (who literally ran to get requests) to activity coordinators teaching spanish and salsa. Cultural events were...
