Beautiful hotel and great location. We had a nice 4 night stay but we were disappointed the hotel did not have all the little extra touches known to be Hilton. We paid $200 to have breakfasts each morning. The problem was they had a cheap paper menu for hotel guest who paid like we did. It was a very limited menu and we had the same breakfast all 4 mornings. The second complaint was there was no grab bars in the shower at all. This is very dangerous especially for the seniors. Third was we had no safe in the room all 5 days so we had some worry each day. Now while we were checking out, we opened a dresser drawer to check for any belongings and there was a safe in the top drawer, nobody told us about the safe being hidden like that and we never used the drawers. 4th , there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. 5th was the swimming pool was not heated enough and hot tob wasn’t either. We were also disappointed the pool area closes at 8pm. After a full day of exploring, we come back around 8 and pool is closed. And the hotel is one block away from the city sewer plant. Sometimes you could smell it and especially if you walk that way. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. And my biggest complaint was the television programming . Must have been 40 channels and only 2 were on English. One was CNN which we hate and the other was some sports channel which we dislike. We had a horrible time in the room with no television programs in English.
