“Great location for the college visit ”

“Staff was great and rooms need some updating. Breakfast was good and lots of seating. Pool area needs more chairs as people had to sit on the floor. I wish we had a room on the 4th floor as people above us were running in their room and it sounded like thumping. Kids were running down the halls after the quiet 10 pm time. I blame the noisy on the parents not enforcing the quit time. I forgot a toe with stuff in it in the room and the housekeeper took it to the desk and they called me which we...

“Breakfast was great and the grandkids really enjoyed the pool. The room was good, but not great, perhaps the staff could be trained to look at the details and not the overall picture. An extra minute or two cleaning, goes a long way.”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”
