I had to call Vrbo to call the host, Holly to send me the key code for the doors for entry.The rooms were clean.The livingroom futon was what was used as a couch to sit on, very uncomfortable. It was broken down from excessive past use.The coffee table was seeing better days looked like it belonged in trash pickup pile.The rooms were cold and tried to turn on the heat, never came on to heat up the rooms.Notified host of heating issue, never responded till next morning. Host never came or sent someone to fix problem..Tv in living room would not connect to host Roku setting for guest. Spent over hour following the rooms book of direction to no prevail of it working. We were looking forward to a movie and popcorn evening.This visit was a 9 year get away for Our Anniversary.Notified host of problem with tv no response.I would not recommend this host I have asked for some money back seeing we paid more money then the place was worth.Mrs. Beverly Turner-PattenThe bed was clean, but the pillows were flat and offered no support, bad nite sleep.There was no extra blankets to put on the bed either.Poor quality, bad hostThe only thing good was cleanliness.Mrs B.
