“The staff were excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. My partner and I stayed for our birthday (yes we have the same birthday!) and they decorated the room and left us a few freebies. Extremely kind of them!”

“Perfect stay while visiting family in Aberwystwyth. Staying in a suite room, which had plenty of space, comfy bed and a small kitchenette. The location is next to the golf course and the club house is available for food and drinks. We used the driving range.”

“We had a great stay. Although our initial room was clean and well-maintained, it lacked WiFi access. However, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and promptly moved us to a larger room with a fantastic internet connection. We were very pleased with the service. Additionally, there was sufficient parking available at the back of the property, and the complimentary breakfast offered a good selection of continental options along with made-to-order hot food. We truly enjoyed our time there!”

“We were “welcomed” by a waitress whose attitude ranged somewhere between laziness and open disdain. When we asked if we could have dinner, she said she could ask if there was a table available, and in the meantime we could sit at one of the bar tables. We politely agreed. What followed was over thirty minutes of watching her wander aimlessly, gossip with colleagues, and do anything but her job. Not once did she come over to give us an update. “We stayed at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning or telephone service in the room. As it was a very warm week during the heatwave, the room became quite uncomfortable and we had to request an extra fan. We also paid an additional £10 for a sea view, but unfortunately there was scaffolding outside the hotel building, which affected the view and was disappointing. “This guest house was in an amazing location in Aberystwyth, right along the beach, short walk to the cliff railway and pier. We only stayed one night but it was really comfortable especially for the price.”

“The room and bed was massive and both the room and bathroom was very clean . A little note on arrival was very welcoming and a lovely touch. Plenty of shops bars and places to eat right on the doorstep. The nightclub was closed so the only noise was from the seagulls and pigeons . Would recommend.”
