Einfach Fantastico
Wir waren dort mit 2 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen und es war wunderschön , die Aussicht der Pool die Villa in Barock und der Vermieter ist super lieb, ein toller Urlaub in schöner Umgebung !

Fabulous house
I highly recommend this house. It was super clean and in a very quiet area. The views are spectacular. Biagio met us and explained everything to us. So friendly and helpful. He responded to all my texts quickly and gave us so many helpful suggestions. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather for out stay. Be aware there is no indoor living room but as long as the weather is good it is not an issue. I recommend this property. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stunning, spacious, perfect
The villa was just perfect for our family holiday, our two 18yr olds were more than happy with their annex room which opened up onto the pool area, while my husband & I and our 6 year old stayed on the upper level. The views are breathtaking, with the moonlight each night lighting up the sea. Plenty of space for relaxing and dining. Clean and has everything you need. The pool was brilliant, we had to drag the kids out of it to explore the local area. There's beautiful beaches and swimming areas within a 30 min drive, the nearest town is only 10mins away. You definitely need a car as it is quite remote, but it's soo private :) The owner is so helpful and friendly, he replies to messages quickly and will answer any queries promptly. He's such a lovely man. We can't wait to go back one day! What a find! Thank you again x

Perfect holiday home
I cannot fault the whole experience of staying in this fabulous holiday home. It is organised to maximise the potential of the place to the full. It has 2 levels so there was a good deal of privacy (2 couples, no kids) but when we wanted to spend time together there was plenty of spaces to do that: by the pool, outside the kitchen with stunning view or by the side of the house. Place is equipped with everything you could ever want on holidays, even pool towels are provided! The views are absolutely stunning across the sea and relaxing here is very easy. And then to top it all off the host is just a dream! He helped us on couple of occasions and was there to welcome us and say goodbye. Communication with him was very quick too. We had an amazing week and would recommend!

Erholung pur in traumhaftem Ambiente
Das Haus ist genauso schön, wie die Bilder zeigen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr ruhige Lage: für Leute, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen. Einige Restaurants in der Umgebung aber Auto erforderlich. Hier gibt der sehr nette Vermieter gerne Tipps. Kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely Spot!
An idyllic spot for a sunny vacation. Super for outdoor living with a lovely view of the sea, outdoor kitchen and front terraces. The house was spotless and well equipped. Biagio is very communicative and helpful, and there to make sure everything is spot on.

Dépaysement absolu
La maison de Biagio offre un panorama unique et permet de déconnecter totalement. Nous y sommes allés à Paques, nous n'avons pas pu profiter totalement de la piscine et des nombreux espaces extérieurs, mais même comme cela, nous avons apprécié ce lieu entièrement tourné vers la mer et au milieu des bois. La maison est propre, fonctionnelle, simple. Parfait pour un séjour dans le sud des Pouilles, même si un peu de route est nécessaire pour se rendre dans les lieux de visite. Merci pour tout.

Wir waren mit fünf Erwachsenen dort. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Sommerküche und die beiden Terrassen bieten einen herrlichen Blick und Aufenthaltsort. Der Eigentümer war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Sweet laziness in a beautiful environment
Beautiful place, peace and quiet, amazing view, really breathtaking. Cottage very well equipped, swimming pool sufficient, everywhere clean and pleasant. An indispensable car, we drove for shopping, to restaurants and to the beaches, close and beautiful everywhere, so it was nice to move. If you want real rest, you do not want strangers by the pool and during your relaxation this place will be perfect for you. We rested wonderfully and will remember the views around us for a long time. A unique place!

Traumhafter Meerblick
Toll gelegenes Haus, geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet mit traumhaftem Meerblick.Es ist alles vorhanden,was man braucht, sogar Lavazza Kaffeekapseln, damit man leckeren Kaffee trinken kann.Es gibt leider keinen Zugang zum Meer,aber der Maledivenstrand ist nur 30min.entfernt.Und um im Meer zu baden,muss man nur 5 min weiterfahren. Ansonsten ist es etwas abgelegen,man erholt sich bestens.

Tolles Haus in traumhafter Lage
Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, insbesondere die Terrassen mit Blick auf's Meer haben uns begeistert. Die Schlafzimmer mit jeweiligen Bad liegen auf 2 Ebenen, -sehr praktisch, wenn 2 Paare das Haus mieten. Ein sehr freundlicher und bemühter Vermieter rundete unseren traumhaften Urlaub ab.

What a luxury to stay here! A splendid welcome by the owner and his wife revealed a little paradise with a view to kill. All luxury was available. Airco in every room, internet and television everywhere. But the most important..a setting in the typical Italian nature with the sunset sea next to you enchanting every look you take... it takes away every breath. Unforgettable! Relax, Cook.. enjoy.. it's a paradise the owner and his father created ..a real paradise..outstanding!

A Little Bit of Paradise
Beautiful cottage overlooking the Adriatic Sea facing East. Owner did a great job rehabbing the cottage. Nice bedrooms and baths. The views can’t be beat. Beautiful pool. Well located...near many little towns, supermercado, plenty of restaurants. Having a car is an absolute must. Owner is very helpful and a nice guy. He doesn’t speak English, but we communicated well thru WhatsApp and Google Translate. You’ll love it there!

Idealer Ort, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen
Der Blick über das Meer ist wunderschön, das Haus liegt fernab des Trubels und umringt von Olivenbäumen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Am besten sitzt man aber auf der geräumigen Terrasse auf einer Liege und lässt den Blick übers Meer schweifen. Von der oben gelegenen Straße aus lassen sich viele schöne Orte und Strände schnell erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
