“This house was absolutely stunning. The kitchen is fully loaded with double appliances. The pool is warm, clean, and salt water! The view is stunning. The area is safe and quiet. We walked 20 min to hit up a cute coffee shop, paddled the kayaks, and took Uber to the Moat Marine and Planetarium. Great for a family. Better if you have a car. ”

“Updated, roomy & clean. Our family of 4 loved it. Property is exactly as described. We loved the dock & inlet,watching the wildlife & fish. Anna Maria Island was extremely congested, crowded, horrible traffic throughout our stay. We ended up staying at the condo more, which was fine. ”

“Small but perfect for a getaway. Less than a block to the beach and a short drive or bike ride to the shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and wagon were provided making your beach day even easier. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy.
