Fantastic Townhouse!
Overall great stay! Felt like a home away from home! Cozy and comfortable! Close to Ithaca, perfect for visiting our son at college for Friends and Family weekend! Dog friendly!! Communication and instructions from the host,Melinda,was great! Would definitely return!!

GREAT Place at a Mountain Resort!
Our stay was wonderful! This location offered a nice quiet retreat at a Mountain Resort! The space in the condo was perfect for our family! The beds were comfortable, the space was clean, and the condo offered all of the daily necessities. The view of the ski mountain was great along with the proximity of the Mountain adventures! The mountain coaster and zip line adventure are a must do! The owner was more than pleasant to deal with and offered quick and thorough communication. I would most definitely recommend this condo! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!! If we are ever back in this area, this will be our go to spot!

Clean and Comfortable Condo
The condo was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The owner was helpful and she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and had everything we wanted. We had a very nice stay and would say there again.

Cozy spacious townhouse
The townhouse is truly a comfortable place to stay. It is very quiet and peaceful. 10 mins driving, you will get everything you need from the supermarkets. Melinda is great. Super responsive. Any issue you have, just email her. She will get back to you immediately. The best part of the townhouse is it is very kid friendly. It has a bunk bed. A loft with Nintendo switch. A lot of toys for little ones. We really enjoyed the stay.

Nice place + plenty of space
We really liked this property. It had more than enough space for the 4 of us, kitchen, and the rest of the place were very well equipped with everything we needed. View from the windows was nice. Instructions and check-in were very easy, no problems at all. Would definitely stay here again if looking for accommodations in the area in the future.

Absolutely Wonderful
We just loved this place. It was clean, comfortable and in such a fun location. This time of the year was really, really quiet too. Communication with the owner was great, she was really sweet. We did not want to leave!!!!

Great place to stay outside of Ithaca
The place was great. The perfect size for my husband and I and our young son who loved his room with the bunk beds. I appreciated the small details such as dog bowls and dog treats in the kitchen, the toys and books in the kids room. The host was great, and quickly answered any questions I had.

Great find!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just as pictured (clean, comfy, nice) & the area is gorgeous! We also loved being able to bring our dogs along with. I highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay
We had a great stay. Clean, comfortable and stressless accommodations. Proximity to Greek Peak Mountain, Ithaca and the surrounding Finger Lakes and trail network was nice.

Wonderful place for family visit
We rented this so we could visit my family in upstate NY and bring our dog and not have to stay with family. It was perfect. The place had everything we needed and was so welcoming/cozy. The owner responded right away to the couple questions I had. We will definitely look to come back and stay again and hopefully next time take advantage of the tons of activities there at Greek peak mountain. Would highly recommend to anyone. A+

Great location!
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. The kitchen has just been renovated and it was a lovely space to prepare some meals in for our family. Access to fun summer activities was so convenient: mountain coaster, walking paths, water park. Our kids loved the cozy loft to play in! We would definitely stay again on our next trip to the Cortland area. Thanks!

Our family visit stay 😊
We enjoyed staying here. It was a great home away from home from Ohio for us while visiting our daughter and son-in-law who live further north in New York. We found some fun hiking places to go. We stayed at the condo playing games and cooking out too. Melinda was very nice and quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely stay again 😊

Amazing Greek Peak Unit
Our family stayed in the unit over New Years and could not have been happier with the experience. The unit is exactly as advertised, is close to the slopes and we could not have been happier. We can’t wait to stay in the unit again next time with we visit GP.
