They sent me videos of both, and the room looked clean and fresh and the breakfast was Full English and eggs Benedict with cups of tea in cute teacups. You drive through a park to get to this hotel. “Very clean, lovely staff, good food options. We stayed 3 nights and should have booked a bigger room rather than standard but facilities great. Parking was busy on the Friday and Saturday for people using the restaurant but still got a space and parking is free!”
