“Appartamento molto bello, pulito e ben arredato. Host molto gentile. Purtroppo la valutazione non può non tener conto del rumore fortissimo che viene dall’esterno (strada centrale molto trafficata, appartamento poco insonorizzato) che ci ha impedito di dormire fino a notte tarda (4 del mattino)”

“Struttura in pieno centro di Cadice, nuova, moderna e vicina ai servizi. Manca attenzione ai dettagli della camera la quale presenta alcuni segni di usura sui muri e nelle porte. Purtroppo è risultata difficile la comunicazione con lo staff in caso di bisogno. ”

“Der Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Hell, sauber, komfortabel und mit einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Sehr praktisch ist der Supermarkt Mercadonna gleich um die Ecke. Zum Strand war es nur einige Minuten zu Fuß. Die Gastgeberin Cari ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns tolle Tipps zu Restaurants und Tapas-Bars gegeben. Sogar einen Termin beim Friseur hat sie für mich organisiert! ”

“Todo muy limipio, muy nuevo y totalmente equipado. Plaza de garage privada, zona de aparcamiento en la calle. Al lado hay un bar para poder bajar a desayunar. No tienes que mover el coche para moverte. Al lado de bajo de guía y unos 10-15 minutos al centro. Zona tranquila y edificio también. Comunicación perfecta con los dueños, y contacto en cualquier momento por si hay alguna duda. Perfecto”

“Great apartment just as pictured. Javier met us at check in and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and area. The apartment was very clean and well taken care of. They even provided mid stay cleanings for longer stays. Rooftop was nice to relax on and laundry machine was wonderful to have. Wifi worked well and kitchen had everything we needed. The location is very central in old town. There is noise from the street as expected in that location, but it wouldn't keep us...

“We were traveling with a family of 6. Considering that we had been to Spain and previous experiences we were expecting a small apartment. To our surprise the apartment was very spacious! We loved the room; the cleanliness, and the amenities. It was well stocked all the way around in the bathrooms and kitchen. The location was had a block short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We loved the space and would love to go back. I strongly recommend staying here!”

“It is a very nice place to stay. As expected, right among the locals. It's a bit difficult to find a parking space, but you can always find one. The contact was really friendly and everything was very clean. We didn't want for anything.”

“Justo debajo había una discoteca cerraba muy tarde y se oía mucho, cuando se lo comunicamos y su contestación fue que al ser céntrico era normal el ruido. La mampara estaba rota y la ducha estaba atascada”
